Had the Mam Tor dark. Was a lovely coffee. Well balanced sweet and strong. All round good coffee exactly the kind of coffee you need to get you up and going in the morning.

I bought a selection of some wonderful coffee beans from Matthew. In particular the High Peak Seasonal Espresso and Mam Tor Dark went down a treat with family and friends. Cromford Coffee has an amazing selection of coffee beans and the customer service from Matthew is always friends and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a coffee training session with Matthew Deyn, and it was truly an eye-opening experience. I loved that Matthew shared some of the fascinating history behind coffee roasting and the origins of the espresso machine — it added real depth and meaning to the learning process.

Matthew’s passion for his craft shines through in every detail. His knowledge, professionalism, and down-to-earth approach immediately made me feel confident that I was in the best hands. I never realised just how much goes into creating the perfect cup of coffee, but now that I do, I’ll always appreciate each one that little bit more.

The course was inspiring, informative, and engaging from start to finish. I’ve come away feeling much more confident and equipped with the knowledge I need to take the next step in my business. I’m now even more determined to perfect my technique and create coffee with consistency and confidence.

I’m really looking forward to using Matthew’s own signature coffee beans in The Coffee Pod — knowing the love and dedication that goes into roasting them makes it feel extra special to serve each cup.

I really enjoyed our coffee training session with Matthew Deyn. He explained everything clearly and made it easy to understand, even the more technical parts. His passion for coffee really came across, and it made the whole experience interesting and enjoyable.

Bought some incredible kenyan beans off cromford coffee last week. Have been enjoying these every morning. What a difference to the standard blend I've been buying off Amazon. Makes a real change, quality coffee!!!
