I like the website but delivery is poor
I like the website. I like the direct line to customer services. I like the selection available and the prices are competitive. However there is one thing that I really really don’t like; having DHL as your delivery partner. We call them ‘drop it, hide it, lose it’ for a good reason. This single issue is large and important enough for me to order my tooling elsewhere. I hope this situation improves as having my work held up due to lost or delayed deliveries is unacceptable.

No notification received about delivery so phoned the company who then said its out of stock.
asked for refund which I received but of course refunds are never instant like a payment is!
my issue is that I wasn't informed product out of stock, no update sent and why not marked out of stock on web page!

Following our telephone conversation, I explained that the order acknowledgement issued at the time of ordering showed the expected due date of 29/09/2026 for these items. You advised that when ordering from other suppliers, orders cannot be placed if stock is unavailable. However, at Cromwell, customers can place orders for out-of-stock items, with the expected due date clearly displayed and confirmed on the order acknowledgement. We appreciate your comments and are pleased we were able to discuss and clarify the order status with you.
