Trying to buy safety shoes but the website got stuck in a loop and had to wait 7 days for me only to be returned. Tried again to order a pair and you go to checkout and it constantly says sign in. Well they have lost my trade. I’ll buy from somewhere else that has a working website.

All the dogs are poisoned to death in toxicity for agrochemicals, industrial products and pharmaceutical products.

Was slightly apprehensive about ordering from here for the first time after reading all the negative reviews but I placed my order on Sunday and it was delivered on Wednesday by FedEx , brilliant savings on the Berghaus gloves and will deffo use this sight again 5/5

I placed an order on the 28th of November, I haven’t received any tracking or information on when it will be dispatched. However after reading the reviews, it seems I’d be lucky to receive my parcel this month.

After using Arco for 13 years i have always been impressed with the quality of their work wear and delivery. Well, that is until now. Last week i logged in to my account. Tried to order more work wear with our company Logo. I waited a few days for a colleague to return from holiday so i could order the correct size. When returning to the website to put my order in the option to allow for your company logo on the workwear had disappeared. So i emailed ARCO to find out why. I believe they have altered the website. Over a week later i had not heard anything. So i used ARCOs live chat. They admitted the website has been less than successful and i should phone my order through. Later i did phone ARCO to be informed our account after 13 years hadn't been used. I would need to reapply for an account. Even though the last order arrived three months ago. There are several orders before that. So my conclusion is simple. ARCO have made a few changes. The attitude has also diminished. You are basically the scrapings out of the gutter and they will only deal with you on their terms. Thankfully there are a few competitors to ARCO of which i will be using one. So to conclude. ARCO is currently living on their past reputation. They are not interested in you as a customer. You have been warned.

Dreadful company.
Won't ever use them again.
I ordered some plastic buckets on two separate occasions.
The first ones weren't the brand I ordered.
They said sorry, it was a stocking issue and they should have notified me it was a substitution but it would be corrected.
Exactly the same on the second order, not the brand advertised or ordered.
Not surprised though.
They then had the cheek to ask me to review them on their site.
I did and gave them 3 out of 5 stars, but clearly, they only like nice reviews and they deleted them.
Wasn't rude, just pointed out the facts.
What's the point of a review when the company acts as their own judge and jury?
Now Arco Ltd demoted to junk status, plus lie to customers.
There are plenty of other companies out there in this line of business.
Just make sure you don't pick Arco Ltd.

You people ask for reviews on your website then if it doesn't suit you, like getting my order wrong twice, you act as moderators and just pick the bits you like.
Why don't you simply write your own glowing reviews instead of checking you have the right stock.
Once might be careless but twice says you really couldn't give a damn.

I went to the Basildon store this morning to buy 5 tee shirts that I normally buy most months. I was told that there won’t be any more delivered, until the old stock has been sold. What a stupid sales technique! It’s like going into car dealership where there is still a Morris Minor for sale in the show room, “Sorry sir you can’t have a brand new model car as we haven’t sold this on yet” absolutely ridiculous, get a grip marketing and sort this out!!!!
The two sales ladies were very helpful though!!

Failed to deliver or to re-send.
Ignored my email chasing the delivery until it was too late, then denied having received the email at all, despite my providing evidence of when I sent it, and to which address.
I wouldn't trust them again.
Definitely be careful which of their email addresses you use if you do decide to roll the dice. I replied to the email they sent me when my package didn't arrive, but because it was an invoicing address they act like their lack of response to it was my fault. It is still their address. It is supposedly monitored. If they do not want it used they could make that clear, rather than just ignoring my enquiries and then saying the email wasn't received, despite evidence to the contrary

Contacted customer services rather than using the on-line ordering system, provided the details of a previous order. Oil Booms aren't something we order on a regular basis and we require a quote to enable us to raise a purchase orders in advance of placing an order. Very fast response and ARCO even managed to source the items at a cheaper cost than the last order! Follow up call to check quote had been received and very quick delivery once the order had been placed. A positive experience throughout.

Placed order 27/06/2025, advised delivery would be 02/07/2025, did not arrive.
queried my order via email on 02/07/2025, I received an email to say that my query will be responded to within 2 days, it wasn’t!, then I called and spoke to an customer service advisor on 08/07/2025 who advised that they would look into it with the warehouse ang get straight back to me, they didn’t get back to mei so I queried again via email on 10/07/2025, the following day I get an email advising me that they have cancelled my order as you have no stock, appalled!
Hardly good customer service is it?
Needless to say I won’t be using arco again
