Never received the item I purchased even though it wasn't a pre-order and no response to emails

The delivery was very bad and olso the contact.

Terrible. We ordered the jacket in dec 25 and it Dod was shipped and arrive in ten days ans now been told it hasn’t been shipped and then finally get an email saying big it will arrive in aug26 !! Terrible service

If I can give a 0 star I would. This brand is a complete joke. I never received my order and yall want to write a review. Brand owner barely reply’s to messages.

Haven’t even got my order after over 2 months

Purchased a puffer jacket for my son in December and have waited patiently for it to arrive but it hasn't. Have emailed the company several times at the support email and heard nothing. This isn't good enough. Poor service.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star!! Just contacted my credit card company for a refund. Item sold as ‘in hand’ and was ordered on 31st December!! Nothing received and no response or update from company. Don’t waste your money

Thank you for your response. I don’t understand why you didn’t just communicate to everyone with this via email? The initial order email did not state any of the dates you have quoted. I am not the only one to still be waiting. If I do receive the order I will update this review but I feel your company has a lot to learn about customer relationships/communication and running a successful business.

Still don’t the hoody I ordered on NYE. Now have a tracking number (for over a week), but pointless if you don't actually send the item.

Probably the best joggers I’ve ever worn in my whole life.These have been my grails for over a year and I was not disappointed.Everything from the fit to the comfort is incredible. When I dmed crooks , they were really nice and responded straight away.The website worked perfectly and their garms are amazing.I will continue buying from crooks and they are a top 1 streetwear brand itw ,

I love this brand also show when I’ve helped this man buy 2 cars bro responds to msgs ab questions and also creates an ships good quality products that’s why I don’t mind the time it takes to deliver… bc they come perfect I have bought the v1 joggers when they came out I wear them all the time yes I wash them and to have v1 hoodie as well is going to make my cry looking at the mirror in some sexy clothing that I spent way to much money on hit was so worth it bc of the quality and how much I respect this brand

I ordered a tee and the joggers and the hoodie and out of all the different clothing brands I own they are by far the most comfortable and best fitting garms I have ever worn I would highly recommend
