Terrible company, ordered some boots 10th of November and tracking number couldn't be found, got an email asking for a review 6th December saying they were delivered 2 weeks ago,,, not answering emails,, wish I'd checked here first before ordering from this cowboy outfit

Absolutely awful!
Ordered nearly two months ago and, when chased, you guessed it, no reply. The order arrived last week. Great, you might think. Well, think again!
For the £49.99 I paid for my item, I would have easily picked up at a flea market for a fiver (at a push).
I was in contact straight away asking for a return label, nothing, no acknowledgment at all.
I hope people take the time, unlike myself, to read reviews on this shower of….
DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM!!!!

This company and Harvey carter are scammers not responding to calls or emails , should be banned from Google and any other network

Still not dispatched 3 weeks later then they have the cheek to send me an emailing asking for a review of the product...... Do not order from here

Ordered on 15th November, item still hasn’t arrived. Tracking number “not found” when I try to search it. Company looks to be UK based, thought I was ordering from Birmingham, but it seems to be sent from China. Emailed twice, no response, not even an acknowledgment of my emails. Just wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned.

Haven’t received my jumper and tracking doesn’t work when I try and try where it is. Very disappointed

Scam company - avoid!! Wish I had read the reviews first. This is a shithouse scam company, no good recieved, no customer service contact. Feckless bastards

Should have come here first and heeded advice! This absolute scam of a company have taken money but no confirmation email/ no information about the order NOTHING, no response to (so far) 4 emails (the only reason I know my order number was because I was at least savvy enough to take a screenshot). Tracking says the order hadn’t shipped so have tried to request cancellation but again nothing. Will now have to go through bank to dispute but don’t do it! Absolute scam (I’m usually far more sensible that this!!)

I ordered a sweater ( Order No. #2207 ) but decided against it and cancelled on 29 November .
To date they have not responded to my queries about having processed the order despite my cancelling it while it was pending !
Clearly this is unacceptable and I will take this matter further if I have no response from them that they have refunded the money

I have now received an order after weeks of emails ..I ordered a man's jumper reduced from £80 to £39 ...I received today a cheap fleece that I wouldn't pay £10 on a market.stall
this is disgraceful

So gutted I didn't look on here first. Absolute scam of a company. Bought 2 items nearly a month ago and nothing has arrived. Still is showing yet to be received by royal mail. Contacted company multiple times to no response. Will now have to go through the shop app and my bank in only hope I get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS UNTRUSTING COMPANY.

This company is scamming people, taking money and not delivering product , customer service is ghosting people.

Received a wrong shirt which is clearly completely different than the images on their website. I ordered a shirt with a backprint and a small print on the chest. The product i received has no backprint at all and a completely different print on the chest. I had to proove it with photos and videos and still they tell me it is the correct item with slight differences! Ridiculous. Each E-mail I received was in another language, sometimes english, dutch or spanish… they told me to return but now because of the worst customer service ever, it took them so long with everything, that the time has passed.

Reveived the wrong order. Impossible to send it back, nobody never answer.

If you paid with paypal, just open a case at paypal. They will take care and you will get your money back. That is what i did. there is no other possibility of refund as vendor do not answers on mails!

This is drop-shipped rubbish from China. Cheap quality fabrics, not tailored at all - nothing like the photos. You do receive something... a good two weeks plus after I ordered it and the tracking link was from China.

The website does not flag that this is an overseas company, it says GB on it.

Having received the low quality and totally unbranded items, (the only label is an M for medium in the collar), the company then do not answer emails to arrange returns.

The website appears legitimate, but it is not.

On my bank statement, the payment was taken by Happy Teeth Pro NL - a Netherlands based company.

I believe this scam is by the same people based in the Netherlands that run a similar front called Kate London - who I have also been stung by.

That, again, is Netherlands based (you only realise after they bill you) and the Trust Pilot reviews for Kate London all say the same thing.

These are scams... PLEASE avoid.
