I bought 4 items that were on discount and two of them were unexpectedly removed from the order due to "low stock", although no one has tried to reach out to me prior to the shipping of the order. A couple days later, I checked online and surprisingly, the items were available again (they were never out of stock btw, only "low stock"). So, I proceeded with a new purchase, adding another extra shirt. Right after completing my order, I messaged the customer support team asking them to replace the items with the next size up, in case my sizes were unavailable (M and S). At first, the status of the order was "being processed" and ready to be shipped, but a couple days later, the website showed that my order wasn't completed and that I'll receive a refund within the next 2-3 days. I got refunded both times, no problem with that whatsoever, however, what bothers me the most is that I proceeded to order the items twice because I really liked the designs, yet they don't have any stock left and for some reason, the website is STILL showing that they are all available in XS, S, M and L sizes. Absolutely terrible experience, this webstore is not trustworthy at all.

this thing happened for me today...on Sunday i ordered couple items and everyday I've been checking the order and it's status, and everything was fine. the status has been 'shipped' for couple of days, was expecting to get it today since everytime I order something it comes withing 4 days, but when I checked the status it was 'the order is getting packed, I got really confused until later I got a email FROM PayPal about refund that was made and I checked the order again and the necklace that I got wasn't in the store so I got the refund which is confusing because the order was already shipped...also I got nothing form cropp themselves about the refund and when I contacted the support about the order all I got back was basic and uninformative automatic email saying that my order will be shipped soon...I've never dealth with this kind of support before and got really disappointed, won't be ordering from them again even tho I really like their clothes...

So far I've made two orders from this store, both times the items i bought were on heavy discounts, ( 6-10€ ) i bought t-shirts and pants, everything has top notch quality for the price and the discounted items where not old items so they didn't rip in few months like it would happen if you bought discounted clothing from other stores. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience with Cropp!

My order never arrived and no one notified me of cancellation....I would like my money back or I would like the shipment to be made. I have already sent two emails to customer service but have not received a response.

The company Croop advertises discounts on its website, so the product ends up being 20-30% cheaper than in the Croop store. When you make an online purchase and add more items, to get free shipping, after a few days, you receive an email from the card service that a refund has been made. You don't know from whom or why... After that, you call Croop customer support because you realized they issued the refund. You ask for an email to be sent with the items you will receive, or rather, those you won't. You receive an email from Croop, but without a list of items. By phone, you find out that the most expensive item (the sneakers) is missing, the reason you made the order. You call Croop customer service again after a few days. The employee is nervous and rude. You at least find out that your package is on its way (April 23, 2024, while the purchase was made on April 12, 2024). However, it's not clear where the package is exactly. Nor when it will be delivered. I'm still waiting, even though the other two items mean nothing to me; if I knew these were the kind of scammers, I would have bought the sneakers in the store. Or perhaps it's better that I didn't buy them because I don't want to deal with these scammers anymore.

I love Cropp, great comfortable designs and basics, good prices AND high quality, not only stylish but also capable of everyday wear

I buy stuff in Cropp a lot, both in the store and online, and I don't have a single complaint. Everything I ordered so far came just fine in just a few days from placing an order. Products are great and I'm looking forward to ordering more stuff in the future.

I've ordered 3 times from Cropp, mostly sales items, and everything always went smoothly. The delivery was fast, the merch was of good quality, the clothes would always fit.
So I'm a bit confused about all the bad reviews I see.

Second time they send me that an item I want is available and second time they cancel my order...It feels like they just send available again,only to make you order more items and they send you only the available ones....

I bought trousers for 20€ and they lasted me just 1 month before they were torn. Very bad quality and high price. Will not buy from them again.

Stylish clothes, sometimes I buy on the site sometimes in the store. for one season perfectly fits. Prices are democratic.

Fraudulent company and I do not recommend anyone to shop at this store. In addition to the fact that they brought me the wrong number, and in addition to the fact that I paid for the shipping to bring the product to me, when I ask them to return the product, the customer service told me that: "The courier no longer comes to pick up the product but has to to go to the nearest GLS post office to return the product. When I bought the product in their returns policy it says that the courier comes to collect the product which is not true. All this results in a waste of time extra money and expenses as the nearest return center is 100 km away from where I live.I do not recommend anyone to shop with this company who cheats with their return policies.Very disappointed.

I discovered Cropp 3 years ago in Bucharest and since then I frequently buy at promotions but also at full price. I like the modern models, the quality is good, the shoes are just as good compared to expensive brands. I am satisfied! I recommend!

My favorite clothing shop in my town. Design, quality, price - it's all great.

I love the clothes in Cropp, however I made an order (109900001100) and I haven’t received it, 20 days have passed since I have been informed it was sent. I have been trying to contact them 5 times already over contact form and phone but I can’t get in touch. I want to find out where my order is or have my money back, they haven’t informed me of any delays, neither personally, nor on the website officially before I ordered. It’s really stressful.

Love their clothes. It looks nice, Sales are pretty often and it very comfortable. Hope they will stay the same.
