One of there record players was brought for a Christmas gifts in December 2025 it is now February 2026 & the stylus has broken & trying to get a new replacement from this company is a total joke don't waste your money on buying there products.
In reply to you reply dated 3/3/2026 yes you are right I'm in the UK & IT is your place here in the UK that in an email said they would NOT replace this needed as it was a perishable item to which I'm very angry about if you want a copy of this email please tell me know & may be you could get this sorted on my behalf.

The below is in regards to Crosley EU, we are Crosley UK.
As we have said previously the needle is a wearable item and wouldn’t be covered for a replacement.
I can recommend several reputable retailers where you will be able to get a replacement needle to fit your turntable if you like?

At Crosleyradio.eu, we do provide warranty on needles when the product is still this new. We notice that your location appears to be the United Kingdom, is that correct? We do not ship to the UK, so It may be possible that you have been in contact with Crosley UK rather than Crosley EU.
