Needed to be chased for information all the time.

First point of contact should be v polite and pleasant and is not.
Update the payment process on transfer options.It is old fashioned.

A superb service from Byron, Amy, Chloe and everyone else in the team at Cross. Must be the fastest purchase in history but we were kept informed every step of the way. Cross Solicitors, and Katie in particular, did excellent work for us in the sale of our mother’s house. It was a long and complicated process due to it being in negative equity with a company that had taken on the original agreement made with Northern Rock. They kept us informed at all stages of the process and were very quick to respond to our queries. Their charges for the work carried out were exceptionally reasonable too. We would very strongly recommend them.

Katie made the sale of my house run so smooth and so stress free, she was very responsive with emails and keeping me update regularly

Often buying/selling a house is really stressful chasing solicitors for updates. Not so with Libby at Cross, she was very responsive and proactively chasing our buyers solicitors daily when there were hold ups (and there were a few - this was not a straight forward sale but no fault with Cross).

I'd use Cross solicitors every time, there is a great team well equipped to answer all your queries and push towards an exchange date as quickly as possible.

Amazing amazing amazing…we were left high and dry by our old solicitors after a horrific deal with them…we moved to Wales from England and we’re basically homeless for 8 weeks, we appointed Amy from cross solicitors in Deeside …the service we received was exemplary, I had my searches so gave them to Amy and they got us in our new house on 2-3 weeks, the whole staff in the solicitors were fantastic , we were kept up to date on everything , fantastic communication all the way….these solicitors I cannot recommend enough…thank you!
