Arai RX-7 GP Full Interior Replacement
Needed a complete new interior for my Arai RX-7 GP. These guys had all parts so I placed an online order. James very quickly contacted me by email to resolve a question regarding fit, and the full order of genuine Arai parts was delivered within 2 days of order placement.
Excellent service, free delivery, genuine all new Arai parts. Lid feels like new! Recommended.

Excellent in every way
I’ve had several great service experiences with these guys. Crossan aka Visorshop have been really excellent. Sent my Arai race helmet up for repair, they turned it around in 48 hours: excellent communication, reasonable pricing, top job. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Special thanks to Dave and Amelia.

Brilliant motorcycle shop
A brilliant motorcycle shop full of great products and friendly, helpful staff. Bought a new Arai there today 26.03.24 and had my old Arai repaired, all done within 45 minutes. Staff could not have been more helpful. Setting the standard for the rest to follow, well done Crossans.

Tyres at a great price.
I live in Co.Cork. I ordered a pair of Metzler tyres at 13.15 on 23/05/2022 and the tyres were delivered on 24/05/2022 at 12.00. Excellent service. Would highly recommend Crossans.

Very rude!!!
Very poor , when on the phone to them , I do not recommend them , sooner purchase elsewhere!! Very rude staff!!!! I travelled 100 miles to purchase a new helmet, got there a wee bit late , the guy locked the door in my face !!

Multiple shops in multiple names. AVOID
Shop elsewhere
Took payment for items not in stock even though stock level was fine on the website
No contact made to explain why it hadn’t shipped.
Refund made through PayPal in the form of a Echeque.
A Echeque is what happens when a seller doesn’t have funds in a account for immediate use.
Echeques take 6 business days to clear.
I should add they were paid by PayPal funds and not by a PayPal Echeque.
Also both items not shipped.
No attempt to contact regarding it.
Just poor excuses made when I attempted to contact them.
Not sure what scam this company is running with the multiple shop names, wrong stock count and weird refund system but AVOID at all costs.
