Terrible quality. Will cost you a fortune to send it back for a refund. It’s very difficult to see just how cheap the clothing is by browsing their site.
Also, shipping took well over a month. My wife tried to get me some Christmas presents.

I ordered two sweaters. One fit properly, the other very ill fitting. I received them just before Christmas and requested a return before New Years Eve and have been given the run around since day one. They are a horrible company to try and work with. After a nearly month long battle with them they finally offered to refund 30% of my purchase price unless I still had the original packaging the sweater came in and I paid to ship it back...completely ridiculous policy.

I purchased a coat and received the wrong size. Not only would they not accept a Return but they would not even honor an Exchange for a larger size if I paid all of the shipping. Stay clear of this company.

Took a whole month to received package when it is a US based company, (makes no sense, SHEIN and TEMU are faster). Then received a notification that it was delivered two days ago, (left in mailbox) but I check my mail everyday and nothing was there, emailed twice about missing package, (still no response as of 01/20/2026). No refund, no response.

I ordered two sweaters and they were to small, I have sent 4 emails to them. They say they will reply in 24 hours it has been 10 days and 4 emails and no reply as to how to exchange sweaters for different size. No reply whatsoever, Do not order from here.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I have tried multiple emails to try to get information in how to return a damaged items. It took weeks to get the sweater to begin with and it had a hole in it. My email are either been return to sender or no response.

Resent emails received an automated reply which is what I recd the first time without ever receiving any response even after the 2 days that I was supposed to hear from someone. We will see.

I hate to say that company is the worst I have ever dealt. After several undelivered emai I received instructions that I could return the item, but it had to be mailed to China. I went to the post office and UPS and the minimum amount that it would cost to send this package to China is over $300. I do not understand why it could not be sent back to the sender where it came from in California, so bless and learned to thoroughly check out refund policies but again I would never recommend this company. I’ve never seen a company this bad.

Caveat Emptor! Their product has shoddy manufacturing and poor fit. If you want to return an item, for any reason, you have to pay the postage back to China!

If I could this company 0 stars I would! I ordered 2 items from my husband on Dec. 14 and did not receive them until Jan. 9. I emailed Dec. 23 (no response), as the company is supposed to be based in NM, but ships from CHINA and Dec. 31 (no response) as their website at that time stated I would receive a response with 24 hours of emailing. I did not hear back from them until Jan. 4, stating it was shipped on Dec. 15, and they provided no additional information.
I also received a separate email that their email communications had been "disrupted" on Jan. 6, but now FULL communication has been restored.
The items that arrived are too small for my husband, so I reached out on Jan. 12 regarding a return. They do not provide information on how to return items on their website, only that you have to email them to start the process. I received a reply that I have 2 options: return to China for a full refund (return costs on me) OR a partial refund of 30% and I can keep the items. What a scam!!! In checking what it would cost to return the items, it would be over $100!
I should have done more research than go to the website (which can be faked as US-based) and read reviews, as this company came up on my social media feed. I am extremely unhappy, as I feel the company misrepresented themselves as being in the US, but are not. And not to provide a full refund with a return in the US is ridiculous!

Too bad we can give it a 0 star. So update today. Day 29. My order is in Chicago. Been there a couple of days. Evidently the package is marked Do not deliver til next Christmas! Now the Cross store Will reply to this review “I am sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah. Don’t take the bait on Facebook Don’t order anything from this company! You WILL regret it. I’ll update when and IF my husbands Christmas present ever arrives!

Ordered a sweater for my husband from here for Christmas. The order was placed in early December and I paid extra for “Extra priority when packing & 100% insurance”. Which means literally nothing because here it is January 12 and still nothing has arrived. I’m convinced now nothing will arrive. Would never order from this company again. Scam

My wife ordered an item for my using their size guide for a Christmas present in November 2025. Upon gifting the item, it was found to be WAY too small and the size does not align at all with standard sizing. My wife then notified the company on 12/29 and after repeated requests, we finally heard back from the company stating they have a 14 day return/exchange policy and there are no exceptions. What a deplorable policy especially when it's a gift that wouldn't be given within that time frame around the holidays.
Your response does nothing to address the issue and your less than quality products and inaccurate sizing merely echoes the complaints of a large number of your customers on this forum and would explain your horribly low star rating and your lack of being a Better Business Bureau accredited business. Your policy is ridiculously limiting and offers no option of exchanging a product clearly not sized accurately. I will file my complaint with the AG’s office in my state to address the issue.

Terrible experience! The sweater I ordered as a gift didn’t work out so I followed the instructions on how to go about returning it & requesting a refund. After THREE attempts, keep getting message that my email is NOT being received (or possibly being rejected) for no known reason. I’ve decided this is a scam & will just have to find someone else to give this sweater to. I thought this was a Christian Co!

I ordered a sweater for my husband for Christmas in what I thought was his size. Turns out that it was too small. I've contacted Cross and Crown multiple times on their email trying to exchange the item. Only to receive an email stating their system was down from Dec 22 to Jan 5. There is no phone number or customer service to get a response. At this point I'm donating the shirt (too thin to be considered a sweater) and taking a loss. I wish I'd read all the reviews in advance so I wouldn't have bothered 😕. Sad that they say they pride themselves on customer service and will get back to you in 24 hours. Good luck if you order from this company.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!! Cheap clothing, think Dollar General Cheap!! They say USA but they aren't!! They ship from China, it takes forever and then they have awful customer service. When I communicated with them to return order they offered a 30% refund and keep item, or I could send back on my dime to some crazy address in China.
They scammed me big time!!

I ordered 3 sweaters well before Christmas. I have yet to receive them. According to the tracker they have been sitting at a facility for over a week. Also they claim that the product is made in the US. This is so not true! They were shipped from China! They claim that if you contact them they will respond to the email within 2days. That is false as well! It was 3weeks before I heard back! Don’t ever buy from them.
As of January 22, I still have not received my order. They keep telling me that there was a failed delivery and that I need to reach out to the carrier. There is no carrier information. I have emailed them multiple times asking for a refund. Still no refund or delivery of my order.

I ordered two sweaters for Christmas presents. Ordered both in extra large to give a little extra wiggle room for fit. They’re both way too small. I’ve written three times now and have not even had a response. I’ll give it another day to see if they respond through this portal, if not, report this to my credit card company to try to get a refund. All I want to do is exchange or return them. I’m very disappointed in this company.
