I first asked question about their kits and they got right back to me. Great service there. I ordered two kits and found out they charged the wrong account and they said no problem. They shipped everything and I can't wait to get them. This is a great company to order from. Understanding and fast shipment. I would buy from them again and tell my friends about them.

Excellent oversight
I had ordered two of a particular item, in two separate orders. It was intentional. I received a notification checking to see if I meant to order the item twice. I very much appreciate such attention to customers and to detail. When sent my reply, I received another nice message assuring me that the package would soon be on its way. The products are good quality as well.

Had a problem with your company re my address. Some how you got my extremely old address. Emailed you my address where I have lived for the last Six years. Got a return email acknowledged that you had the wrong address and changed straight away to the correct address thank you
