Love the system

Love the system. If I had a problem I would ask and get a detailed message soon after. If I could not get something to work they are right on it getting the issues fixed. Ive chenged images, pricing, decriptions etc on all my listings on all the platforms I sell on. That something that usually takes time going from one platform to the next. Now, its just a few clicks and its done.

As a high-volume reseller

As a high-volume reseller, I’ve tried many crosslisting tools over the years, and Crosslist has honestly been the best experience so far.

The biggest advantage for me is how fast and simple the process is. I can crosslist items across multiple platforms without having to manually check every box or go through endless steps. When you’re listing hundreds of items, that efficiency really matters.

The interface is clean, the workflow is smooth, and it saves me a huge amount of time compared to other tools I’ve used.

The only feature I’m really looking forward to now is the auto-delist feature that is supposed to launch soon. Once that’s live, it will make the system almost perfect for volume sellers.

Overall, Crosslist has been a great tool for scaling a reselling business, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a fast and efficient way to crosslist.

Crosslist is worth it!

Crosslist is easy to use and is completely worth the subscription fee. While there are multiple apps that will help you cross list items for sale on multiple platforms, Crosslist has the best features. It imports your listings accurately, it allows for templates for different types of items, it allows you to give ALL the necessary details for each platform AND easily create/maintain slightly different listings for the same product to get your products noticed more easily. Crosslist has easily paid for itself in just the time I saved, never mind the increase in sales I saw within 72 hours.

I’m not a tech wizard but found it straightforward

I’m not a tech wizard but found Crosslist.com incredibly easy to use. I uploaded 100 items in one afternoon from Vinted to EBay. I got five sales that evening from EBay which was encouraging. I haven’t had chance to get into all the advantages yet but I’m very happy with the simplicity. I had a query and started a chat to assist and found that very user friendly and enabled me to navigate and sort my issue. It was explained in easy to understand terms and I could help myself progress.

I really enjoy using this tool

I really enjoy using this tool. It helps me list much faster and makes the whole process a lot easier to keep on top of.

I'm also really looking forward to the mobile app coming out. I was invited to the private beta but haven't heard anything. That would make it even more useful for me. I'm hoping analytics will be added soon as well, as that's one of the features I'd really love to see in future.

Overall, I've had a great experience with it so far and I'm excited to see how it keeps improving.

This app has been a HUGE help for my…

This app has been a HUGE help for my reselling business and honestly made multi-platform selling feel way more realistic for me!!!

Before Crosslist, listing on multiple marketplaces was the part of reselling I dreaded the most. I’d do one platform, then move to the next, then the next... copying the same title, description, measurements, pricing, photos, shipping details, etc. over and over again. It took forever, and by the time I finished, I felt like I’d spent all my energy on admin work instead of actually growing my shop. I tried another service before Crosslist but didn't like it. Anyway, since using Crosslist, that whole process feels so much more under control. Being able to work from one place and cross list to multiple platforms has saved me a TON of time and made my workflow way less chaotic.

What stood out to me early on was that I could actually get started without feeling overwhelmed. The layout is easy to follow, and I didn’t have that feeling of clicking around blindly trying to figure out where basic things are. I was up and running pretty quickly, and once I got into my routine, it started to feel like a natural part of my listing process instead of another complicated tool I had to “learn.”

I also liked that when I did have questions, I wasn’t stuck guessing. The docs/help pages were actually useful and gave real step-by-step info (not just vague one-line answers). That made a big differnce in the beginning, especially when I was setting up things properly and trying to avoid mistakes.

A real example: I remember getting a bit confused with shipping setup and how I wanted to handle it across marketplaces, because each platform has its own little quirks and I didn’t want to mess up my defaults. I was listing a heavier item and wanted to make sure the setup matched what I actually use, instead of rushing and fixing it later. I checked the docs first, which helped me understand the workflow better and what settings to review, and then I reached out for support to confirm I wasn’t missing anything. That combo (docs + support) helped me sort it out way faster than if I had tried to figure it all out from scratch on my own. It saved me a lot of frustration that day.

That’s kind of the best way I can describe my experience overall: the app helps speed up the repetitive parts, and when something needs extra attention, there are resources there to help you get back on track. I don’t use every feature in the exact same way every day, but it’s nice having things like templates, image tools, import/linking workflows, and even AI options available when I want to move faster or clean up my process. It feels like a tool that can grow with you instead of something you outgrow after the basics.

Another thing I appreciate is that it helps me stay more consistant. Before, I would sometimes delay listing because I knew manual cross listing was going to eat up my evening. Now the process feels much more manageable, so I’m able to keep momentum going and get more items live without burning out. That alone has made a real difference in my week-to-week workflow.

Overall, I’m VERY happy with it. It has saved me loads of time, made cross listing much less stressful, and helped me stay more organised across platforms. If you’re selling in multiple places and you’re tired of doing the same listing work again and again, this has honestly been a game changer for me!!!

The worst customer service of any company ever

Bugs every single day and it takes weeks to get anyone from customer service to fo anything. They argue with you, all via email or chats that they take days to reply to. They reply during the middle of the night. They refuse to allow me to speak to a supervisor. They won't speak to me by phone. I loathe this damn app so very much.

Here are several of the issues.

1) Mathias and Giles continue to make assumptions rather than listen to what I am saying. The FB issue was not because items were relisted within FB. I spent hours yesterday relinking all the items. It was after that Crosslist would not let me delist them. As it turns out, when Crosslist did an update in February, it created an issue with the Chrome extension, for multiple people. I had to update the extention, delete it, and reinstall it for FB to work. Here are all the issues:

2) Nothing auto delists when a sale is made. This has never worked since I begin with Crosslist. I have to manually do this.

3) Listings regularly are duplicated on Etsy and FB, which costs me fees and time delisting manually.

4) I have repeatedly explained to bith Mathias and Giles tm my Etsy shipping profile is domestic through USPS. Giles and I have done a remote session about it. He said you would get back to me. He never did. I still can't post items about 25lbs on Etsy without getting an error code. I have to enter the wrong info, fix it on Etsy, and then import the listing. This is NOT an issue with my Etsy shipping profile. This is a bug in Crosslist's system. They told me know other customers are reporting this issue, so it must be me.

5) I have issues every single time I attemp to list items with posting on FB not working. The error just says it is an issue on their end and they are working on it. This is every single time I try to list items. They are not working on it.

6) The biggest issue by far is how rude, disrespectful, and gaslighting customer service is. I have to do my own research online to debug issues because the responses I get here completely ignore the actual problem and try to point fingers at anyone other than Crosslist. They have multiple negative reviews about how terrible customer service is.

I did some research on Crosslist as a company. I have some serious concerns about how they are presenting themselves. They have less than 10 employees (only 2 can be verified, Gikes and Mathias) but they promise their thousands of customers service within 24 hours.

They respond in the middle of the night my time to chat requests sent hours before and then ghost me for days. They refuse to communicate anyway other than email, chat, or remote desktop control. There are no supervisors or anyone to appeal to for help, just Mathias and Giles.

Last month they had over 185,000 visits to Crosslist. At $30-$45 per subscription per month (plus add on fees for AI), that means they are potentially making several millions of dollars per month with zero customer support.

They have ties to both Belgium and Canada, but no clarity on where Crosslist is owned and by whom.

I am charged an international fee every month from you when my subscription is charged, that was never disclosed when I signed up.

These are serious concerns for business owners attempting to do things the correct way. I have wasted hours upon hours debugging your product, researching the issue online because no one at Crosslist will listen to the actual issue. As a small business owner, I am paying you $45 a month to give me a broken app and terrible customer service.

To all of those concerns, Giles replied,
"so you don’t want a remote desktop i assume?"

Correct, Giles, because I just listed several issues in great detail and you have failed to address any of them. The issue is not on my end, or Etsy's end, or FB. The issue is your product and your terrible customer service. People should know how terrible you treat your customers.

And they continue to gaslight and lie in their reply here. I have already detailed above what I had to do to debug their issues. Giles also canceled my subscription despite me telling him I needed until tomorrow to finish several listings I had started. Additional hours of work lost to their incompetence.

Hi Robin,

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear you felt this way.

We do want to clarify a few points because some of the statements here are not accurate.

The Facebook delisting issue was related to listings being renewed outside Crosslist, which breaks the connection Crosslist needs to manage/delist them.

For the Etsy shipping issue, the error response came directly from Etsy. From our testing, the cause appeared to be related to the shipping profile setup within your Etsy account. We offered to investigate further (including via remote session), but were not able to complete that review as you refused further collaboration.

We also want to clarify that our company details and full address are publicly listed in our Terms.

We understand the frustration when selling workflows are interrupted, and we’re always happy to help troubleshoot issues step by step.

Love it

Love it! Made crosslisting from eBay a lot easier and quicker. Could have further features such as automatically marking items sold so that they can be deleted on other platforms. Definitely recommend to others:)

I was skeptical at first (I've tried other tools and got annoyed fast), but this one actually fits my workflow. It's straightforward, doesn't feel cluttered, and I can get a batch of listings done in one sitting without feeling overwhelmed. The time savings and up quickly especially when you're listing consistently.

Bad app, bad service, seriously

(After seeing this review, the owner canceled my account lol. And his reasoning in the reply is false, I reread the full transcript. Mathias just wanted to feel like a big man and became increasingly petty until he got what he wanted. That's the type of businessman he is. Good riddance)

This is a poor app with actually terrible customer support. The app works sometimes, but not for all items and listings for all platforms. Certain items fail to list, and there's no discernible reason, it's the same format and type of details as other listings that work fine.

Their customer support is Very Rude, have never dealt with an agent with that stuck-up attitude in my life. Then to top it off, after insisting several times it's a problem with my listing and to manually list instead, they were wrong and it's indeed an issue stemming from their app specifically. Spent over an hour going back and forth with no resolution.

More than once, Crosslist support has been unable to provide real help for problems I've faced, which is wild for a $45 a month product. What am I paying $540 a year for if not basic support? Not happy at all + could not recommend this software to any sellers. I've used it for about a year, and at this point wish I'd chosen something else like Vendoo.

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. We investigated the listing issue you raised and found it affected only a small portion of your listings and appeared to be account-specific, not a general Crosslist outage.

To resolve it as quickly as possible, we requested a few details from your side and were actively troubleshooting. However, you declined to provide the requested information. When the conversation escalated and became disrespectful toward our support team, we could not continue support in that situation.

As a result, we canceled the account in line with our Terms of Service and issued a full refund.

Kind regards,

Super quick and easy to use app

This is a great app that has really saved me some time and improved my listing efficiency. It's really easy to use and they have made it super simple to import your items or even create new listing's. Really good price and worth every penny as its going to just increase my overall listing's and should in turn help create more sales.
