I started using Crosslist a couple months ago and honestly it’s been a game changer. I used to dread listing because it meant HOURS of copy/pasting, uploading the same pics again, and trying to rememb... See more

• “Delayed Support and Inefficient Resolution Process”
I had a frustrating experience with this platform’s support process. After encountering an issue, I provided clear screenshots in both a chat support ticket and a follow-up email. Despite this, there was no response for six days, and instead of reviewing the information already provided, I was later asked to participate in a remote desktop screening, which I declined.
What was most concerning was the lack of internal awareness. There were multiple open tickets, long response delays, and I ultimately had to use a chatbot to locate a direct support email. At the same time, support addressed me by name in an email even though I had not shared it there, suggesting my account was clearly linked—yet the ticket history did not appear to have been reviewed.
The result was unnecessary back-and-forth and added work for something that should have been resolved on the backend. For a tool meant to simplify cross-posting and workflows, this level of friction was disappointing.
There are other cross-posting solutions available, and based on this experience, I would not rely on this platform if timely and efficient support is important to you.
In response to your reply below:Hi Crosslist Team,
This response does not address the core concern.
Your website clearly states a 24-hour response time. What I experienced was a six-day delay, with no meaningful update until the middle of the night. That gap alone contradicts your published support standards and deserves acknowledgment.
Additionally, your support team demonstrated a troubling disconnect. You addressed me by name despite my name not being included in any email signature or correspondence, yet you were unable to locate three separate support tickets that I submitted with detailed instructions and identical account information. That inconsistency is alarming — not only from a customer service standpoint, but from a data-handling and trust perspective.
I was patient and allowed ample time for resolution. What I did not expect was a dismissive response paired with a request for remote desktop access. From a customer standpoint, being asked to grant screen access to resolve an issue that should have been identifiable through your own backend systems does not inspire confidence. In my experience, that approach feels inappropriate and unnecessary.
If you intend to operate as a global platform advertising 24-hour response times, your internal processes — ticket tracking, escalation, and communication — must actually function as advertised. A six-day lapse followed by a vague explanation does not meet that standard.
You can do better. In this case, the choice was not to.

Different marketplaces attract different buyers
Different marketplaces attract different buyers, and Crosslist finally lets me price for that. I sell higher on eBay, and a bit lower on Vinted. The pricing rules save me so much time.
Easy to use and straightforward, but limited
Easy to use and straightforward. A bit limited for the price though. Used it for a month, considering different options.
Things that can be improved:
- listings category mapping - lots of bugs
- android imports and posting
- data uploads in CSV
- faster bulk listings
Love the app so far
Love the app so far. It’s saved me so much time. I wish there was a way to mark items as sold across all the platforms without deleting the listings.
By far the easiest and best crosslister…
By far the easiest and best crosslister for the money. Can not say anything bad about it.
Terrible platform, terrible customer service - avoid
At first I thought this was a really good platform. Reasonably easy to use decent functionality and a reasonable level of integrations. Not the cheapest at $30 a month for basic level but not the morst expensive either. But then the wheels started to come off. At first I was constantly asked to log in to my various sales platform accounts in order to be able to cross post after 2 or 3 attempts ro log out and in again it worked. Then that stopped working and I had to log out of both my other accounts and my crosslist one in order to post anything. Then that also stopped working so I was faced with a $30 bill for a platform that couldn't perform the basic task I was paying for,
I contacted support who pledge to get back to you in one business day. 2 business days later and still nothing. Nothing that is apart form a notification to say they would be "back in 3 days"
So whilst I've cancelled my account and will be using one of their competitors moving forward, I'm seriously considering applying for a job with Crosslist. After all, working conditions don't get any better than 'do absolutely nothing and get rewarded with a 3 day weekend'
I would advise you avoid this platform entirely and go with one that can actually perform the task you are paying it to do.

Crosslist is excellent
Crosslist is excellent. The only thing that would make it better is if there was a mobile app that you could use to post listings and delist.
Everything is easy and fast.
So Efficient and New Features
I am very happy with the product crosslist provides. I tried a number of tools and also tried to cross list manually. This was exhausting and made me feel burned out. I decided to renew my cross list membership and it has been a huge success. I’m now able to sell on even more platforms because of the efficiencies. I’m excited to see how the product continues to evolve and helps me grow my business.

I’m relatively new to using it
I’m relatively new to using it. It works well there’s a few things that can make it better and the a.i is very basic not sure it’s worth the price but them main function of the site is worth the money
Easy Import from eBay to Metcari
I like Crosslist for easy importing of my eBay listings to Mercari. It is very expensive though and I don’t think there should be limits on how much you can import monthly. It may be more useful for someone who has more platforms to sell on.
Amazing already
Amazing already - Great Potential for future adapations.

Glad that Shopify has been added as a platform! I’ve been using crosslist on and off for a couple years and it does seem to be the best tool. Only complaint is that quite a bit of manual keyboard entry is still necessary prior to living a listing (all platforms)
10/10
I love how much easier crosslist has made it to run my preloved resale business! Reduced the friction to getting those listings up & as a result more $$ in my pocket
very easy to use
very easy to use, and very simply layout out, easy to follow and delist items, very fast uploads to multiple accounts, highly recommend
