So so so ANNOYED
So so so sad! Right cross over is a weird agency because they don’t work at night even if a patient is going through very serious situations they don’t help which is so sad, sometimes it’s good to have some emergency calls instead of none at all I’m truly disappointed and let down and I cannot believe that they’ve disappointed so badly as a client/patient nobody can assist me and these people know that I am a single mother I live with my autistic son who doesn’t like to see me the way I am right now he’s been asking me if the agency is serious or do they even care I am so disappointed I have to just have to shut my eyes and try and make my son understand that it’s not his fault because he’s upset I guess I’ll just have to watch television till tomorrow I’m feeling very neglected sorry disappointed till tomorrow I cannot believe that there’s agencies that do not have emergency staff but I pray for my health back so I don’t have to depend on other people to help me! Thank you

As I said when we discussed the issue, I am so sorry that you felt you were not assisted at that particular occasion. It was good though to learn from you that Crossover Care Ltd had been able to respond to your emergency needs in the past and that this was an isolated incident. I am also glad to know that you have understood that in future Crossover Care, will continue to respond to similar issues whenever it can, and when it is not possible to, will signpost you to other organisations as it has done this time. I am therefore glad that you are satisfied with how this issue has been dealt with.
