I ordered shoes for my son for christmas 2025, confirmed everything via email with a rep in November. Never received the shoes, or a tracking number. Tried to contact them and no response via email or phone and the web site is now down.

Came as described

I have waited almost a month for my order and finally received it with no communication when asking for tracking etc. it just showed up and it was the wrong size. I ordered a us10/43 and received an us13/46. Trying to get a response to get the correct order but it is hard to get ahold of them.

I got two pair of shows one One cement 4's that had some brown stuff on them (look terrible), some black canvas 4's that looked bad quality wise. They are not responding to my emails about getting a refund. Please be careful.

The shipping was in fact too slow but the item was received and the products were as described. Please disregard the previous bad review. Crossrep is a trusted company and i will do business in the near future. The acting operation manager Mr. HAWTHORNE was in fact helpful and answered all of my questions.
