Can't thanks enough in words for two helping gems Kevin and Gary. They have been in area since we moved in 4 years ago and pops up for every help. Great folks at hand with lovely smile on face and accurately complete jobs with dexterity. Thanks for very recent shower fix in en suite which we were struggling to get it fixed from past 3 months. Kudos to you guys and croudace team😁

We reserved a plot in November 2024 with a completion date in late winter-early spring 2025. We have completed and got the keys on 14th March 2025, before the long-stop date agreed.

Laurie was amazing and the whole team was really helpful and answered all our questions. We have used their recommended mortgage broker and solicitor and honestly we couldn't be happier, they worked for us on all aspects and they prioritised our interested at all time. Now, 3 months after completion, we had a few small cosmectic things to report, nothing major, and customer service dealt with it very professionally and in a timely manner.

Alin, one of the contractors, did some fixings and he went above and beyond to fix a couple of additional things that ocurred between the time we reported and when we agreed for him to come and complete the job.

Sam attended to fix a couple of snags we reported a few months after we moved in. He was very professional, kind and respectfull. Absolutely amazing work.

We appreciated that the sales team talked with as plainly and humanely, and they didn't use the sales language and marketing disingenuousness. They were sincere about the advantages and disadvantages of the plot/site, which in case there were any issues at least we were prepared for them, fortunately we did not have any.

They also used very good quality materials to build the house and did not go with the cheapers options just to meet the minimum legal criteria in all aspects.

I received excellent 5-star service from Alin! He painted over a stain on my bathroom ceiling, adjusted my internal doors (three doors) so they close properly, and fixed my balcony door that wouldn’t close due to the expanding aluminum frame. Everything was done perfectly. Thank you, Alin, and thanks to Croudace Customer Care!

Danni was really welcoming when we came to visit the development. She gave us the time to explore the houses and was able to answer any questions we had.

The site is a really lovely site that has clearly been well thought out. The houses that we saw were finished to a high standard.

A 2nd visit by Alin and again excellent service, polite and efficient. On both occasions the issues were minor. The office support both on site and in customer support was excellent.

Lyn and the team at Wisteria Gate, Braishfield, Romsey have been extremely helpful & knowledgeable in guiding us through our purchase at the development. Quick to respond to any queries and going out of their way to accommodate all of our requests for access etc.
A real credit to the company and shows the company is a first class developer.

We recently purchased a home at wisteria gate and I can’t fault the experience. Lyn white from sales was great from start to finish- knowledgable friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to help us with the stresses of the purchase process and our solicitors. We’re very pleased with our purchase and the quality of our home.

We've lived on Vyne Park for the past four years, and as soon as the new phase of the development was announced, we knew we wanted our next home to be here.

From the very beginning, Charlotte and Steph were fantastic. They were always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small, and did so with honesty and reassurance. Thanks to their help, we were able to quickly figure out what we wanted and find the perfect plot for our new home.

On a more personal note, we truly believe that we’re able to move because of Charlotte and Steph. They didn’t just guide us through buying our new home, they also supported us through the sale of our current one. At one point, we were close to giving up, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for the move to happen. That kind of dedication has made this move even more meaningful to us.

As for the build quality, we’ve all heard horror stories from other developers, but our experience on the Vyne Park estate has been nothing but positive. Of course with a new home there will be snagging, but it didn't take long for those to be dealt with. We’ve been incredibly happy here, and we’re confident that our new home will be just as well built. This next step feels like the right move for our family, and we’re so grateful to be staying within this fantastic development.

My mum and dad live at Vyne Park and I have always loved the development. Hope to be in a position to purchase my first property there on the next phase. They offered me lots of help when it came to looking into getting my first mortgage. Charlotte and especially Stephanie were super friendly and helpful.

I visited VYNE PARK this weekend in the hope of a part exchange,it’s a beautiful development very impressed! Although I didn’t fit the criteria as I’m downsizing, I was very impressed with CHARLOTTE and her knowledge, a credit to CROUDACE , I must say. Kev and Gary were brilliant the other day. We live in Burgess Hill, nothing is too much trouble and I’d recommend Croudace Homes to anyone.

My experience with Croudace Homes has been all positive, Marnie and Sanaz in the sales office at The Brooks couldn’t be any more helpful. Any problems or questions are always actioned professionally and promptly. As a team they are always happy with lots of smiles, this is very refreshing and welcoming.

Sue is always at hand via email, again very fast to react with any problems I have.

Any Croudace based problems with the property I’ve had dealings with Andy and Lucas. Friendly clean and professional.

I’ve been in my new property for two months now. As with any new property there can be teething problems, but it’s how they are dealt with that really matters.
