Water Butt Stand Order
Order was placed on 26/04/17 and email was sent stating the order was received and that Crowders would notify me when this was dispatched. Order was delivered on 03/05/17 before email confirming the order was dispatched had been sent. Also the water butt stand sent is different from the one ordered in that all sides are the same and there is no real recess to stand the watering can in whilst filling up.

This is a very good company
This is a very good company, there was a slight problem, they phoned me and we sorted it out instantly, I needed a refund and it was done instantly.
The hanging basket coir liners that I bought from then are excellent value and the delivery was very quick, I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

customer services showed little interest in correcting the error.
did make (in the end) a full refund but we still did not get what we ordered

We are disappointed to read your review of your recent shopping experience with us but would like to thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
We sold the plant in the full belief that it was in a 2-3L pot. You then sent us photographs in support of your belief that the plant was in a smaller pot than was advertised; these were passed through to our nursery. The plant itself was a well-established specimen measuring 2 feet in height and which was, as you fed back to us, in good condition and well pruned. As a general rule, we advise that plants which are delivered in 2-3L pots will be between 1 and 2 feet in height on delivery, as yours was. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we refunded your delivery cost.
When it became clear that this was not an acceptable resolution for you, we issued a complete refund for the full cost of the plant, which we would now like you to keep with our very best compliments.
Please also note that your comments have been included in our complaints register which is maintained as part of our ongoing customer service monitoring and measuring.
