What a money grab!
Won't be using something that actively caps simple result collection... Fare enough have payment plans for those who are running anything other than a personal WordPress blog but forcing people to pay for more responses for personal blogs is just a blatant money grab. There are 100s of free alternatives out there, use them over this! Only reason I was stuck with this is the wordpress.com decision to integrate it.
Lack of transparency. I could not bring myself to even sign up with this company, when I couldn’t find any link to their Terms of Service on the page where they said that I agree to their Terms of Service by choosing any of their sign-on options. I felt that was a bad sign.
Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
