We used Crown Cleaners last year. I was very disappointed in the cleaning. It was not thorough and our landlord cited 10 areas that needed to be redone.
The cleaners did return to do these areas but the complaint process was online only. There is no phone number for the complaints team.
I would not recommend at all.

This company charges about £400 for an end-of-tenancy clean for a 2 bed, 2 bath flat. I agreed to the price because I figured it must mean good quality but that was not true in the least. The stove and fridge were cleaned well but cupboards, mirrors, sinks, doors and light switches were not. No attention to detail. Corners and dust in hard to reach areas were completely skipped. Take your money elsewhere.

I used Crown Cleaners when I moved out of my rented place. They did everything from deep kitchen cleaning to carpets and sofas. I liked that they offered a free re-clean just in case, though it wasn’t needed. The whole process was easy from start to finish.

I used them for my end-of-tenancy cleaning and was happy with the results. They came prepared and knew exactly what to do. The fact that they work with letting agents gave me peace of mind. I didn’t need to clean anything myself — they covered it all.

The cleaners were really friendly and worked fast. They brought everything they needed and paid attention to small details. I also added carpet cleaning and they gave me a good discount. The whole flat looked fresh and tidy after they finished.

Crown Cleaners made moving out less stressful. I didn’t have to worry about a thing — they handled all the cleaning. They followed a checklist and even took before and after photos. The landlord was happy with how clean it was. Would definitely use them again.

I booked their end-of-tenancy cleaning and everything went super smoothly. The team arrived on time with all their tools and worked through the flat in detail. They even cleaned the oven and fridge. The place looked great when they left and I got my full deposit back.

Awful service - booked an end of tenancy clean and they missed out even the basics.
To note -
Skirting boards not cleaned, floors not cleaned!!, front of kitchen cupboards not cleaned, doorways not cleaned, inside bathroom cabinet not cleaned, limescale left on taps, cobwebs on the top of cupboards, tea marks left on worktop, wax left on window ledges. I could go on …

I booked for a re-clean and the same cleaners showed two hours late. They
were so rude to me when they entered my property and I felt quite intimidated. I had to leave as I had a doctors appointment in 15 minutes (I didn’t expect them to be 2 hours late!!) and when I came back to check the property the next day, they hadn’t cleaned anything! Left the property in exactly in the same state. I suspect they just left immediately after me.

Appalling service with extremely rude and unprofessional cleaners.

Don’t waste your money. If you book this as a professional clean - you will not get your deposit back.

Appalling service, not sure who even allows companies like this to exist.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid this company. Dont even think of spending your money there. Ive sent my feedback regarding cleaning of carpets in my house! All i got is that they have used quality products! Quality equipment and bloody good detergenty for Pets stains!!! My fitted in beige carpet in my bedroom was destroyed! More im trying to clean after this company more per stains are visible and yellow!! My floral carpet in guest room also got very yellow/Brown!!! Before you use products check materials if the detergent can be used!!!!

I used this firm to clean my apartment as they appear to have a high review service on google reviews but it is impossible to find their review page to actually review. They carried out an end of tenancy clean on my one bedroom apartment and did an appalling job - hide behind terms and conditions when you complain - do not go near them!!
