Ordered a month ago hasn’t arrived Everytime I try and get a hold of them through instagram or email they don’t even look at my message. Shocking customer service dont buy from this brand !!!

Ordered a graffiti zip up hoodie on the 8th of January. Over 3 months later still havent recieved it. No tracking details no updates nothing! Emailed them messaged them on ig and again nothing! Ended up having to contact bank to get my money back.

Dont bother getting anything from this pathetic rubbish excuse for a company

I ordered a tracksuit 15th of January and still haven’t received it was looking forward to receiving it but now it taking the too long , I have sent emails and have had only one email back out of the many I have sent so I don’t know if I’m going to receive my tracksuit or not hopefully it does , but tracksuits look good but customer service isn’t at all.

Waited nearly 2 months for a pre order item for my son for Christmas, contacted them numerous times and never got one response. Had to go through my bank to get a refund in the end

Awful company the same story as so many it seems. Bought a windbreaker was told it would be 3-5 weeks after numerous emails with no response. 7weeks gone by and nothing no response to emails again, no response in Instagram no windbreaker no tracking number and no refund. I will also be reporting them to trading standards first thing tomorrow

I found crown clothing very refreshing, what a friendly and professional company!
I love their drops and style. What an up to date, on point brand. Love them! Definitely ordering more.

What an amazing young man starting this company at 16, I've never had an issue ordering from this company, the quality I have received is impeccable and always polite if I've needed anything.

The quality of the tracksuit is SO BAD i had it for like a month and the bottoms started getting loads of bobbles all over them, do not recommend, plus delivery took WEEKS! with a couple emails at most.

The quality is very good and the designs are really nice it’s just shipping is long but here the only downside if it was same week delivery (obviously not including the pre order) it would be easily be a 5 star

Ordered over a month ago! No reply to the 3 emails, nothing arrived. Empty promises on social sites... this is disgusting! Trading standards will be contacted soon, I can see others have had the same thing happen.

Horrible service I ordered a windbreaker for my son I have been waiting for nearly over 1month and yet nothing my son is currently really sad it took 75pound out of my sons birthday money this is just criminal I can’t believe I have have no other choice I will wait 2 more weeks if nothing has come I will actually sue these guys and they don’t even respond in gmails 2weeks my dead line or I’m have to take this further

Absolutely disgusting service!! Order placed almost 6 weeks ago with multiple “empty” promises of items being shipped!!! Can’t contact the company direct as they don’t reply!! Comments made on tik tok account being deleted!!
Refund requested and pending but nothing showing in my bank account as yet!!! Avoid!!!!!

I would only give this company 0 stars, they are thieves, took my sons money of £60 on 20th June, order 3136#, (how many others have you scammed, ignored), no items, tracking number not recognised, numerous emails sent, no replies. Reply to my email, deliver the items or issue a refund, I will also report them to trading standards, I wish I’d read these reviews. AVOID

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - 8 weeks since the order was paid for and nothing delivered and no communications from this company - Chased via Facebook, instagram, and email an no response - refund now being chased via the bank under consumer rights act.

My mum ordered a bag for me and the first day I wore it the strap snapped. We both have sent multiple dms and emails which they haven’t responded to. I commented on TikTok telling them to reply and the said they would, thst was a week ago and I still haven’t received anything back. Terrible customer service and quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Ordered my brother a windbreaker for his birthday as he was so excited to receive. The jacket was the worst quality possible, extremely cheap poorly made it is very clear the individuals behind this brand have no prior textiles knowledge and have just chosen a cheap manufacturer. The jacket resembled a bin bag with a CR logo.
As the jacket was poor quality and too small for my brother, we sent it back in hope to recieve our refund so we can purchase something else instead. Initially we received an email letting us know the refund would be processed - it never was. Then an email a week later saying a new item would be sent out - it never was. So I sent an email asking for an update, it has been 5 weeks and I have had no reply. It seems that this 'company' is an absolute scam, targeting young people for their money and not providing the item nor the advertised company values. The customer service department is appalling, clearly an individual with no interest in providing a great service for customers as the replies were very short, blunt and providing pure misinformation.
Please avoid this website and report them to the trading standards.
