Do you want a company who honors 67% of what they promise?
I believe I have taken 3 cruises with this agency. For the most part I haven't encountered major issues until my most recent cruise.
This past cruise the company failed to apply the $350.00 On board credit. They failed to notify me that they did not do this, rather waited for me to be on the cruise ship to find out.
When contacted the company failed to show ownership of the problem and tried to make it my problem saying they don't know there is an issue until the customer contacts them. This is completely unacceptable. What had happened if I was counting on the credit you promised to apply?
If you want a company that can deliver on 66.67% of what they promise then this is the company for you. If you want a company who honors their word and shows accountability then I would recommend looking for a different company.
I even had conversation with the "president" of the company who also showed very little compassion for their failure and who also failed to take accountability for his companies failure.
All that being said, the company did send me a check for the amount owed.
