We have recently swapped our multiple gas contracts to Crown. Helen was very helpful today helping to sort out the invoices and setting up the direct debit. Very professional. Thank you!

Emailed my request for copy invoices and DD mandate and Helen immediately telephoned me and then sent what i required and linked my new account to my other accounts in the portal.

Helen has been a great help, always gets back to me the same day regarding queries and never makes a mistake, which is extremely rare from my experience! Bills are always on time and correct, we've just switched our electricity provider to Crown as a result of the experience we've had on the gas account. Thank you!

It makes a pleasant change to actually speak to a person who answers the phone almost immediately and can help you. Much better than having to wait on hold for up to an hour, which we don't have time for here, or to go online to talk to a robot.
