In a panic, I found Holly at Crown Laid Down Designs after I messed up my webpage theme and it looked like a garbled mess! I was frantic to get it fixed since I was announcing pre-orders for my book. Holly was great in responding quickly, calming my fears and working within my timeframe. Not only did she fix it, but it looks fantastic! Holly and I emailed back several times in a timely manner and she even called me on the phone to clarify my wants. Just when I didn't think the site was fixed, she called and told me how to refresh my browser to reflect the changes. Holly not only is a great designer, but she's great at guiding 'non technical' writers in creating a great webpage! THANK YOU HOLLY!!!
