I have visited many locations of Diamonds International throughout the Caribbean and Key West. I have always found their staff to be most helpful as well as knowledgeable. The Crown of Light diamond is indeed my favorite, although I have also purchased Maralago, John Hardy, and three Movado watches. I highly recommend Diamonds International for all your jewelry purchases. There is also an upgrade policy whereas you can trade in a former purchase towards a larger one... I have upgraded my Crown of Light diamond ring THREE TIMES... and now I have a 3-carat ring. Next time you are in any Diamonds International, ask to see the Crown of Light Galaxy Collection -- it is stunning!

I bought my first Crown of Light in Nassau and have upgraded several time. In addition, I purchased several other Crown of Light pieces and I love them all. I also got the opportunity to visit the New York office where they helped me redesign my wedding set and add a. Down of light to and now I have truly unique wedding set. I am now a member of the Connoisseur Club and I feel like part of the Crown of Light family, everyone in this company is very professional and I love visiting their store every time we go into port.

I bought a dinner ring and with the weight of the diamond + the other stones, it is rolling on my finger. I contacted DI to see if it can be repaired/adjusted in this area as DI referred me to this jeweller to have an appraisal done for my Insurance Company. Still waiting for a reply.

I have several pieces of Crown of Light jewelry. I have had so many compliments on them everywhere I go. Every piece has appraised for more than I paid for it. Steve at Diamonds International in downtown St Maarten has always taken excellent care of me. Since that is my husbands favorite island we go see Steve at least once a year.

In recent years, I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to take several cruises that sailed to: Alaska, Aruba, Curacao, US Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Mexico, Jamaica, and many more. Regardless of the port of call, anytime I shopped at a DI store, especially for a Crown of Light diamond, I felt like my husband and I received an amazing concierge type treatment. A big thank you to the DI family, from associates to store managers to the entire staff at the home office in NYC for all of your help, friendliness, and patience. However, I would be remiss by not expressing gratitude to Mr. Albert Gad for always making himself available to us.

We have been a loyal DI customer since 2004 and have purchased many items over the years, as well as a Crown of Light solitaire and studs. Not a week goes by without someone complimenting them and saying "I've never seen anything like it. It just sparkles".

A suggestion for the Concierge Dept: issue customers with a card that can be scanned at any DI location. Once scanned, this would automatically bring up the customer's buying history and any specific discounts associated with them. This would eliminate having to go through multiple sales people and waiting for them to call Albert.

I love my Crown of Lights jewelry. I have a lot of pieces! I bought my first piece in Alaska. I have spent lots of money in Aruba and St. Thomas. The personal are wonderful and very helpful! They treat us to lunch and usually have a cake for us also. I love the fact that I can trade up which I seem to do a lot. That’s the only jewelry that I wear now. I love the sparkles.

I love the sparkle of the Crown of Light! I recently had my 1.6 carat Crown of Light reset in the Crown Brilliant setting. As a Crown Connoisseur Club member, I worked directly with the New York office. I wasn't able to do this in the Caribbean as they didn't have the proper mount for my stone and my time was limited being on a cruise. I worked with Sathita Frey, Client Relations Manager, who always replied to my emails and calls promptly and assisted me every step of the way! I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands. I was totally delighted with my new setting and continue to get compliments on my beautiful ring! Whenever I shop in Diamonds International stores I am greeted and treated like a valued customer. Their huge selection has something for everyone and can't be beat! I love that they have a trade in policy, as my diamond started at 1/3 carat and grew over the years to 1.6 carats. I recommend the unique and brilliant Crown of Light diamonds!

Have taken over 40 cruises to Caribbean and have visited almost all the DI stores in various islands. Have also bought several pieces of Crown of Light diamonds for myself and my wife. We are o erehelmed with the quality, styling, and service the group has provided us and are in our way again and hoping to continue the tradition. Their staff is superb.
