Great service, nice to be able to talk to people at any time. Very accommodating, movers and packers were great. Seemed like nothing was a problem. Everything arrived perfectly and was unpacked and placed by the team.

Crown made a stressful move so much easier, by quickly answering my queries and prompt no fuss pickup, at such short notice. The staff who came to uplift house items were respectful, resilient, as they did give a hand to relatives who were also packing items onto a trailer. The were efficient and very helpful and polite. Crown were really gr8 keeping me up to date throughout the whole process, well done. The team that came to offload, were just as effective with installing and assembling the electric bed on a Saturday. Crown you did a fantastic job from start to finish, well done. The only gripe I have, was time delivery. Other than time, Crown well done team, and thank you 😊 🙏 👍

After planning my move, they cancelled at the last minute, leaving me to find someone else to move internationally from the UK within a couple of weeks after my house sale! Would not recommend them or their inflated prices.

We asked full support because our moving wasn't expected. First of all, I appreciated the quick response because we didn't have enough time. She was courteous on the phone. She told my husband how to take a video by our mobile phone camera and after that she provided a quote right away.
I handled the move on my own, but the team was kind and efficiently completed everything—from packing to transport—without any issues.
They packed not only the fragile items but all the goods with great care and they did that work really quickly. When I first heard the quote, I thought it might be too expensive, but after witnessing such meticulous and prompt work, I became convinced it was worth the price.
At last, I am truly grateful for the perfectly professional work done by the two of you. Thank you so much Jo and Jay.

Ofa, Danz and John did a good job in packing our house items and manage to pack everything of ours into the container. Great people to get the job done right.

Pros:

- Emma was super helpful in explaining the process, and answering any questions that I had.
- The process from initial consultation, in-home consultation, uplift day, etc. was clear and well communicated.
- I was impressed with the time line, taking just under 4 weeks from my initial briefing call, to my furniture being delivered (intrastate WA).
- Furniture was delivered on the day Crown said it would be.

Cons:

- The stickers that go on every item to be packed. They DO NOT remove easily, and I have been left with sticky residue, half peeled off stickers, and missing paint on most of my furniture. PLEASE consider upgrading to a more plastic sticker, that peels off easily without breaking or leaving residue. Sticker location could also be improved, for example, stick on the back of a photo frame, not the FRONT.

- The person that did my in-home consultation implied that my belongings wouldn't fit in the truck and that I may have to leave things behind, or pay to increase the space available to me. When the removalists came, there was plenty of space left in the truck, approximately another 8m^3 spare.

The process of moving was seamless and very efficient.

I can’t recommend Crown highly enough. Bevan,John and Sasha who unwrapped and placed my furniture went above and beyond in their efforts to make sure I was happy with everything. Nothing was too much trouble as I tried to decide exactly where to place my furniture. They were patient and helpful throughout.

All perfect, Malaysia team was super professional and helpful. Fully satisfied with the service of your ground team in Malaysia. They came on time, arrange the work effectively, Proper alignment on the goods placement, very helpful on support needed arise along the way. All great experience.

Overall physical personal cargo movement experience was fantastic, slight hick up in singapore during packing (prolong for another 0.5 day), but all those are still within acceptable level.

It was Justis and his crew, they were very professional.

I'm happy to say that everything went very well with the sea shipment. All of our belongings arrived safely and in excellent condition.

The delivery crew was very professional and helpful. They unpacked the shipment, reassembled all the furniture that had been dismantled for the move, and removed all the packing materials and debris before leaving, which made the process much easier for us.

Overall, we are very pleased with the service and would like to thank everyone involved for making our relocation such a smooth experience.

Overall, my experience with Crown was positive on the packing and storage side. Communication was good, and the packing team—three packers and a supervisor—was professional, careful, and took excellent care of my belongings. Communication regarding shipment time and the eventual delivery to my apartment in Ahmedabad could have been better.

The delivery side could be improved. Despite repeated requests for updates, I was only notified at 6:30 p.m. of a 9:30 a.m. delivery the following morning. My understanding was that unpacking and removal of packing materials were included, particularly as I later learned Crown unpacking was required for potential insurance claims.
Only one unpacker was assigned, and there was confusion over his responsibilities. He repeatedly treated my leasing team, who were there for separate move-in work, as additional staff available to assist him and provide tools. This delayed their work and extended my overall move-in process. The leasing team ultimately removed the packing materials as well.
Overall, very good care of my belongings, but better communication, staffing, and coordination on the delivery side would improve the experience.

Catherine, Andy and the whole team were a pleasure to deal with. We really appreciated that nothing ever seemed too hard or a silly question. Some items we were a little worried about like our gym smith cage were no hassle at all. The team seemed experienced and were easy to communicate with. Whilst we could probably have paid less for a worse service from someone else, it was worth moving with Crown as they took as much stress out of the move as possible!
