I was supported by Jackie Son/Chloe Kim in Seoul and Sandra Iummi in Stockholm and they have all made the process extremely easy despite the difficulties of navigating the move while constantly traveling between our Seoul home and the final destination in Stockholm. Everything was explained in a very clear way and each step felt smooth. All of our belongings arrived safe and sound after only two months. We have sent furniture, but also books, artwork, and musical equipment and it was all handled with care. The packing team in Korea was absolutely fantastic and ensured I used my assigned space well. The team upon arrival in Stockholm was also great and it was overall a stress-free, professional, and time-efficient, not to mention the enormous kindness of the Team. I would definitely use Crown again

The packers themselves were excellent
The packers themselves were excellent. Marshall from Matakana, and Tristan, were very efficient, and also very friendly when problems arose (the problems were weather-related, totally beyond our control). Tristan and Jabitha (Jay) did a very good job unpacking the goods once they arrived in Tauranga.

Excellent team who looked after our stuff extremely well.
The team packed our household so well and managed to fit a lot of stuff into the containers. The communication from our move manager was excellent. The teams at both ends were friendly and polite and did their jobs really well. Only one small thing to mention was that the boxes were not labelled that clearly as to what was in them so unpacking and trying to find things at the other end was a bit of a challenge.

An absolutely smooth operation
An absolutely smooth operation, right from requesting a quote to unloading the truck over 1500 kms further on. Helpful, clear and prompt communication at every point, including the video assessment and an especially patient and in-touch Moving Manager.
The packers, pick-up driver, and end-stage driver and lad unloading were all cheerful, pleasant, cooperative and professional. Alot can be learned about a company from the attitude of the workers and they all appeared happy in their roles.
I turned to online to find a moving company and it was Crown's online presentation that persuaded me to call. I would recommend them to anyone contemplating moving and it is Crown I would call if I ever need another move. Thank you Crown.

Top Auckland and Christchurch teams…
The Auckland and Christchurch teams have been great. From the initial quote in February 2025, changing dates at our end, eventual pickup up in September 2025, storage until delivery in April 2026. Our home contents have been well looked after and safely arrived in their forever home. Satisfied customers. special shout out at this time to Bryce and Josh for a smooth easy delivery. I'd give a should out to the Auckland pick up crew too but it's months ago now and I can't recall their names. Peter, Jo and Catherine also great to help back in the office.
