Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Having been paid for relocation services (from Singapore to London) and agreeing and being are obliged to deliver the property, Crown then put me “on hold” because of a dispute with their London storage provider. They have unreasonably delayed without any valid legal excuse. It has been necessary for me to engage lawyers.

Total disaster
It has been a disaster and we havent even begun to move! How the mighty have fallen! I have always used Crown’s services to relocate in past, but this time, its been a nightmare! Our mobility poc, doesn’t even respond, nor acknowledges email, hasnt even sent a payment receipt! Its been 10 days!!

I was really impressed by the level of service provided by Pasi. Pasi was extremely informative when presenting different flight options, making sure I understood all the choices available to me.
Took the time to ask questions and get a clear understanding of my travel preferences, which made me feel valued as a customer. I especially appreciated that they checked in with me a day before my flights, which gave me peace of mind and showed genuine care for my travel plans.
