This business is a fraud
The business is a complete fraud. They present net prices to individual customers (which is against VAT regulations in the EU), if you pay by credit card, VAT is then charged separately by a bank transfer (red flag! and also against EU VAT regulations). If you do a part-load you end up paying more then for a full-load since you will be charged for storage (they decide for how long and of course, fail to explain this at the beginning). I am reporting this business to the tax authorities for the completely off-the books treatment of VAT.

Easy relocation with crown
Consultation, confirmation and above all treating people with respect. The follow up after is also a welcomed relief. Both crews were excellent, and expert at reducing the inconvenience of trucks parked in driveways blocking others from using the footpath etc to a minimum. Thanks to all the crew for your time, care and professional service.

They could work on speeding up delivery once the items arrived in Australia, I think waiting 6 weeks for delivery was too long, especially when the products only took 10 weeks to come by sea from the Middle East.

My husband and I relocated from Auckland to Oamaru, a few years back, and we paid a large sum of money to your company to do so, but during the time that your two staff employees picked up our furniture, a large some of money was stolen from our personal belongings that were in a room that was not to be accessed by the two employees. We reported this to your company that day, and feel that you never truely looked into it, so guess what. We will never use you again. Had you have gotten back to us with a response that you had actually investigated your staff member in a manner that showed you had done so, we would have more faith in your company, I only hope that a few years on, if he is still with you, maybe he has been caught doing the same to others, and that the police can prosecute him, like he deserves. I know you won’t put this on your review, but some of us don’t feel we got a great deal, even though at the time we would have thought we were a valued customer.
