Stay away from Side Crown Charm Palace Hotel - Tyrkey
This hotel is not near that we see at the website.
It's a 5 star hotel, but it is maximum a 3 star hotel.
The pool is very dirty, man can't see into the water, the area around the pool is also very dirty.
They can't not speak English in the reception.
There's so bad hygiene in the food area and they tolerate that customers go and take the food with their fingers.
Fire material is used as a door stopper.
The cleaning staff just brakes into the room early in the morning without knocking on the door.
We had a family room for 5 person, but could max get ONE key card for the room
The Wi-Fi at the Hotel doesn't work a the room and sometime it works at the Lobby.
In the bar in the night there was a very long wait and the bar was floating and served by few people to service us.
Air conditioning in the room almost does not work, it is too little power to cool the room properly.
The beds are very hard and man does not feel like relaxing when lying in the bed.
The Manager is very arrogant.
We can not recommend in any way to use this hotel for a vacation to enjoy and it is the first time we have been unhappy at all the Hotels we have visited.
