Brillant customer service. Sadly they didn't have what I needed in stock but gave me several other options which is more than the manufacturer did. In the end I didn't need it but I wouldn't hesitate in going back to Croxley again because they bend over backwards to help and most places don't have any level of customer service anymore.
I couldn't fault the customer service, really friendly, responsive and taking ownership should any issue arise (manufacturer sending the wrong part in this instance).

After a couple of phone calls and messages left to get someone to come out and have a look a look at what I needed doing and then more phone calls, I eventually got a quote. Called to accept and then waited to hear about dates etc. Called again and even joked that if they didn’t want job to just say so. I was told they were short staffed but would get someone to call me. I’m still waiting. Customer service is rubbish.
Mike has been really helpful over the last year with our home improvement project. We had 3 bathrooms to do and he’s been fantastic.He talked me through a lot of aspects of the bathroom design and helped me buy what I needed for the space and design I was trying to create. Lovely products too. When one item came in damaged he immediately organised an exchange.
