Kind considerate supportive - thanks hugely to Chris and team. They made an extremely difficult situation much easier.

So we had Cristina come and visit the property that needed treatments and much much more. She explained everything in detail and asked lots of questions about what was happening in the building.

She was super friendly and easy to talk to, and this was especially welcomed when explaining things to my father aged 75+.

She kept us informed during period when,the treatment was taking place and often asked how my dad was doing. After the treatments were complete, she went over everything, explaining what had been done, and any additional measures that were taken.

We couldn't have asked for a more hands on professional company to manage the problem, following an unfortunate bio hazardous incident in a communal property.

CR Pest Control is so much more than just pest control! I had the good fortune of having CR Pest Control's service when I had to move out of my property for 3 months. My property had an intensive damp proofing course done. This meant both, my daughter and, I had to move out and clear my property.

3 to 4 weeks beforehand, Christina called me and introduced herself and, explained what her involvement would be. She explained clearly that her organisation would provide boxes and packaging for all our stuff. She would provide a mini move for my daughter who, was temporarily moving to another property and the rest of our stuff would be placed in storage. I planned to go traveling! She promised she would keep in touch by email and whatsup!
She was very supportive and always on the end of the line if we needed anything. I called her often! She always put my mind at ease and I felt like I was a part of her family, not a customer. She made me laugh when things were tuff. She encouraged me when I was anxious!.

She was and is an amazing individual.

And to her word, on the day that we moved out. The crew came and emptied my place, taking up the carpets and cleaned the property before the works started.

Moving back, she called me explaining the process and what to expect. Again, true to her word, my place was cleaned and carpets laid down. My stuff and my daughter was brought back home.

A week later she returned to the property with the contractors and had a debrief. There were some hiccups but it was through her thorough inventory taking I was able to identify mistakes the contractors made.

I know this review is really long but, I really wanted to explain how serious this organisation is when dealing with other people's property. As Christina always said to me, "I will treat your things and your property as if it was mine own!"
And that is exactly what they did!

I am so happy with the service I received from CR Pest control, Christina who I spoke to had so much knowledge with my issue and straight away had me feeling more at ease, before coming she sent me information on how to help with the situation which I was very grateful for, they are professional polite and always on time as a whole.The problem was solved and I can’t thank the company enough would recommend CR Pest control to anyone you will not be disappointed, very happy customer thank you.

I cannot stress how good this company is. Christine (the owner of the company) is so professional, knowledgable and competent.

From the moment we spoke on the phone, she put my mind at ease. I had been having problems with mice for a while so I was skeptical about finding yet another service to help me, but her methods have really worked!

I contacted C R Pest Control for a pest issue. I made an appointment they arrive at the time stated and discussed the issue. They gave sound advice and took me through the procedure along with answering all my questions. They were very professional and made me feel better about the issue once I had spoken to them. The service received was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to other.

Needed help for moths in our shop. They were fast and helpful and resolved the problem effectively.

From the first point of contact CR Pest Control have given excellent customer service. From my initial enquiry form being filled out, I got a response in less that 15 mins to follow up. I then had a call with Christina and she asked what the pest issue was, sharing this with her she immediately gave me some advice on how to manage and I had not even booked her services as yet. I was sent a detailed text message on how to handle the current issue, and was made to feel confident in the service and reviews I had read. As a result of the excellent customer service, information and care and support Christina gave to me from me enquiring I felt confident in booking her services without hesitation.

Christina gave me all information needed around price without hesitation and encouraged me to check out over companies and read the companies reviews before I made my decision to book her in. The reviews really do speak for themselves; My first impression was excellent and I felt that CR Pest control would provide a first-class service as well as being knowledgeable and professional. I booked an appointment and three days later I had controls put in place. Although I have a fear of this particular pest Christina educated me on what needed to be done and where the problem was situated.  This was provided in a text message to keep, all before booking the companies services.

CR Pest control provide a 24-hour call service and if you need any advice or have any questions at any time, they are on hand to help. Never making you feel like you are being a bother, I was provided with detailed reports following each visit and this has been extremely helpful in helping me to tackle my housing association and provided evidence on works they need to complete to eradicate the current issue. The reports are detailed and Christina completes them before she leaves the property, you get a copy and following the visit you also get an electronic version sent via email. I had several follow up calls after each visit to see how things are and to check on me personally which is simply amazing, The company care about the individual and family affect by the pests. It's not just about money making for CR Pest control.

I would have no hesitation recommending CR Pest control to family or friends and I will definitely store their number in my phone should I need them again. Completely happy that I made the choice to go with CR Pest control, the best customer service experience I have received in a long time. This just confirms that you don't need to have the service of big named companies, the service of small businesses is as good if not even better. 

All I can say is if you want old-school first-class customer service, professional and knowledgeable staff choose CR Pest control.

This is a great company who go above and beyond to complete the job to the customers satisfaction. They ensure that the job is complete and any vermin issues resolved. It is rare to have a company that offer multiple ways to solve pest control. I think all credit goes to their scientific approach to pest control.

The service received was amazing from start to finish. Christina was able to come out to my property the same day I spotted a mouse. As well as providing a professional service she also gave advice on natural ways to deter them from returning. I’ve not had any issues since! On the 2nd/3rd visit she worked her way through the property blocking spaces and holes to prevent any future issues and her inspection of the property was thorough. I was extremely impressed especially as I previously used another pest control service who didn’t check in half the places she did in the property.
Christina provides a friendly service which was extremely reassuring. My 3yo son absolutely adores her and looked forward to each time she visited to sort our ‘mouse situation’. I would definitely recommend CR pest.

Cristina is super professional in what she does. She takes a keen interest in ensuring that all tenants are well looked after. I’ve had a few companies come out to my property, but CR pest control seem to be the only ones that know exactly what they are doing. She has given me so many recommendations and advice to try and deter the mice from coming back. She is amazing with all the advice and follow up appointments, I throughly recommend CR pest control as an organisation that takes pride in their customers and they ensuring that they provide an amazing customer service.
