I recently completed a 360 treatment program for CRPS in Italy, and I cannot recommend it enough. From start to finish, the entire team was fantastic. A very special thank you goes to my patient manager, Lorena she was absolutely amazing and made the whole process so much easier!
I started feeling a difference within the very first week, which gave me so much hope. Beyond the medical care, we also took the time to visit Lake Garda, which was breathtaking and a wonderful part of our trip. My coordinator Jamie was incredibly clear and helpful right from the beginning, making sure I knew exactly what to expect.
I am now two months out from the treatment and I continue to feel much better. If you are struggling with CRPS, this program is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

The staff and management at MTI are very professional and caring. They take very good care of the patients entrusted to their care.

I was diagnosed with CRPS in Jan 2025. It was in my right hand /arm. I was unable to dress myself, wash my hair or cut up my own food. My husband became a total caregiver overnight. After some research I found MTI Italy. I made the decision to go. I cannot say enough good things about this company. By day 4 I was at a pain level of zero which was a miracle for me. I was taken such good care of and finally I found people that truly understood what I was going through and the daily pain. They understood what that kind of pain daily did to your mental health and how hard day to day living was. I am now 4 months post treatment and still at a pain level of zero. This company and ALL of their employees understand the daily trials of living with CRPS and will do everything to try and help you. I 100% would recommend trying this route if you are able. They are all my heroes and gave me my life back.

From the moment I landed in Italy, I felt taken care of. From Petar’s kind reassurance as he set up my CRPS treatment equipment, to the kind staff at the hotel Veronesi that MTI Italy had booked! My husband and I approached this treatment week with hope, fear, and lots of trust. We we received from it was life changing. Davide taught me so much about how to move my body and I continue to work with his programs today! Luigi applied 5 minutes of manipulation therapy on me during day one of treatment, and by midweek, he was applying almost 20 minutes! Marzia will ALWAYS be remembered for her joyful spirit and warm, loving support through such a rigorous week. There was SO much knowledge to be gained during my week in Italy, from diet and supplements, to even just mindset. This treatment blew anything I had ever done in Virginia out of the water! Beyond the treatment itself, Petar’s thoughtful care and experiences gave my husband and I a cultural trip to experience Verona like one of the locals. Despite it being a cloudy and muggy week, Petar showed us all the beauty that was to be found in such a dark time dealing with CRPS.

Now, here I am one year later and I cannot believe how far I have come. From 400mg of Lyrica to NONE! From relying on my cane, to only using it when teaching at school to strategically help with some remaining pain or fatigue. I don’t see a need for spinal blocks or epidurals in sight, and the pain I now experience is just a dull ache and tingling compared to the excruciatingly miserable pain I had experience for 5 years. One year later and all I have to say is… DO IT!!! You will not regret this decision one bit, and I am forever grateful to the entire team at CRPS Italy! 🇮🇹 🧡

My husband and I researched the MTI CRPS Treatment Center for 6 months. My doctors had never heard of it and just told me I would be on heavy pain meds for the rest of my life. I talked directly with patients that had received the treatment and found third-party research validation for the protocols in the Oxford Academy library. Meanwhile, the quality of my life was extremely low. While it still seemed like a leap of faith, and at a significant expense, I received the treatment. The very next day after the final treatment, I began to see very positive symptom changes and within 3 weeks had received full pain remission. My physical therapy has been delayed due to other medical issues, but I am hopeful that my other symptoms will continue to improve over the next few months. I have only had 1 electrical shock sensation since the treatment where they were common every day before.
Dr. Luca, Lorena, Marta, Petar, Sandra, Davide, Tomasso and the entire medical staff at the treatment center’s clinic could not have been nicer or more professional. My pain management doctor was very excited about the results and is starting to tell his other CRPS patients about the MTI program.

This is truly a miracle company. I loved the support and the team who help me to finally get on the road to recovery. I have my life back now, and my prayers answered. This is a gift no medical team has been able to provide. Thank you very much!

I visited CRPS Italy, Verona and it was the best decision I have made in my CRPS journey. The staff are all highly-qualified and so caring I felt I was in good hands from the moment I stepped off the plane until I sadly waved goodbye. Not only that but Verona and the surrounding cities are absolutely beautiful and the food is fabulous. From the comfort of the hotel, patient care manager, the neridronate cocktail that is only available here and the friendliness of the Italian people surrounds you in a blanket of healing. I am so happy i was a good candidate for the treatment and had the ability to come to MTI.

Let me start by saying I have nothing but praise for MTI and their treatment for my CRPS. From the beginning, my husband & I were treated very well. The MTI team is passionate about their role in the patient's success. Their care is top-notch—quite a difference from what I received in the U.S. Although I've been home a little more than a week, I'm already feeling improvement in my leg. That is huge for someone who's been suffering with CRPS for 5 years and trying every treatment imaginable with little success. I'm 100% grateful I chose the 360 approach and had the wonderful experience of meeting some amazing people. I am forever appreciative of MTI.

literally from the moment we landed in Italy to the day we left.... Amazing A++++ treatment. We were overwhelmed with the kindness and support we were given throughout my CRPS treatment. One person who i Can't thank enough was our nurse. From her kind voice to the gentle demeanor in which handled the infusions. Her conversations with us (Mom and I) were always great. she spoke of her family, experiences in her career. Kept my mind busy as i underwent treatment. my experience with the physical therapist was insane, he started handling my left leg where i had the nerve damage leading to crps, and i fell into such deep sleep, not sure what happened? but his gentle massages put my body and mind at ease. it was insane, thank you.

What a great experience, from the resort like hotel, the food, the winery in the hotel. local trips and. local eats. Diego was an amazing patient coordinator. Petar, was great, such a gentle soul, and the gentleman who took us to the airport. thank you Petar! i want to thank the hospital, hotel staff and Patient coordinators for such a great experience.. Update, i can walk with less pain. a success after not being able to keep my balance and ior walk.

To see how well my wife was treated and taken care for during her treatment was more then I could have ever asked for. They were great with her the whole time and they were also very caring and helpful with me. It was great for me to be able to be by her side the whole time and they always treated me with great respect and would answer any question. The results were more then we could ask for and my wife is better then ever. MTI is second to none in treatment and the care they give to all their patience. For all they do it was more then worth it. We cant thank them enough.

We visited MTI Italy in December 2023 and this has been the best investment in our daughter’s journey to recovery from CRPS. The professionalism and patient care received from the whole team was excellent. Everyone’s names have already been mentioned in previous reviews on here.. for us the particularly outstanding and memorable ones are Lorena, Marta and Luigi, not forgetting Diago of course! We were unable to find anywhere in the UK to receive this holistic treatment and supportive care for CRPS .. it felt like huge leap of faith going here. The cost is significant but, certainly for us, has been well worth it. I don’t have to tell anyone on here how horrendous CRPS is and therefore how relieved and happy we are to see Belinda now living a full and happy life, being completely pain free. We have no hesitation in recommending MTI!

I was treated with so much care and kindness by the MTI team, in a way that I never had been before in a medical setting. Every step of the experience was so thoughtful, the hospital visits, the tourist outings, the meals together, and the gifts they give you during your stay. This experience was truly a gift, significantly improved my pain, and I could not recommend it enough.

Lorena and staff were great, everything taken of and very were well supported every step of the way.

The treatment I received there was above and beyond. It started with Diego Gonzalez picking us up at the airport. Immediately we felt at ease and his knowledge of the clinic and process was incredible. Diego made it possible for us to be able to focus on my treatment without worrying about anything else. He picked us up and stayed with us the whole time at the clinic during my treatments and then took us to many places afterwards to sightsee before taking us back to our hotel. The whole staff was amazing and my treatment was a success.

My experience at MTI was great! From the moment I started treatment I was instantly put at ease by the Kind and capable staff. The infusion was painless. The Physical Therapist was gental. .All staff people were attentive and professional. I felt so confident in their treatment. I'm sure that my good feeling about my treatment really helped my recovery.

It doesn't seem enough to just write a good review for the treatment I received at MTI, Italy.
I have had 3 experiences with them And all 3 were amazing and answers to many prayers. My daughter and I have CRPS and 6 years go she received treatment and has been in remission ever since! I came down with CRPS after a knee replacement! I looked into other options, other companies and no one offered what MTI offers! I was treated with such respect and kindness! The care they offer after you are sent home is why I decided to go with MTI. They have been there with me every step of the way! They truly care about their patients and understand what we are going through!

The team at CRPS treatment italy changed my life! The first doctors who truly understood & helped me with compassion and trust in the process that what they were doing would help. I am 4 months post treatment now and feel better than I ever have.

Getting this treatment was a great decision! It really helped my CRPS. Before treatment I was unable to stand or weight bare or touch my foot, and following the treatment, within about a week, I was able to stand. And it just kept improving from there. My base level pain went down, my movement in my legs improved, sensitivity to touch improved. Within a couple of months I was able to take assisted steps!
While we were there, I was made to feel so comfortable, and everything was well explained. My partner and I were well taken care of whilst we were there. And the whole experience was pleasant. We loved that the treatment week was mixed in with tourist experiences, allowing us to see and visit some beautiful places, and Venice!
Petar our patient care coordinator was amazing! So helpful and friendly. Got us settled into our room, and familiar with the room therapies, explaining everything very clearly. He is very easy to talk to, which made the experience better. I was very nervous, but he was able to reassure me, and my partner for any question he had, and go through any concerns.
When me and my partner travel, we like to get caricature drawings, but unfortunately we were unable to find an artist. Knowing this, Petar created a cartoon image of us from a picture, which really personalised our experience, and was such a thoughtful gift.
Sandra, who I had my zoom meetings with prior to coming, also came into the clinic to visit with us, and see how things were going, and make sure everything was fine.
All the staff at the clinic are very professional and kind and caring. They answered any questions and concerns I had, and reassured me, and made sure myself and my partner were comfortable.
The physio and health coach were also very helpful. The physiotherapist has a very different approach to what I have had previously, and I found it to work well. And the Health Coach, was so great. I stayed on with his for a course after going, which has massively improved my knowledge, and strength. Building a better relationship with food, and also exercise and building muscle. Which has helped so much with the rehabilitation.
Overall, I found the treatment week really beneficial, and the week we spent in Italy was made amazing, by the wonderful people at MTI and the clinic.

CRPS Treatment Italy with MTI absolutely saved my life! Not only is the research-backed treatment effective, trusted, and reliable... but the experience itself was the best treatment I could ask for. This is because of the people, patient care, and doctor's confidence. This experience gave me the best "medicine" of hope... something that can be hard to come by and hold onto to when dealing with a pain condition like CRPS. The belief instilled in me, itself, has allowed me to finally form the mind-body connection that is so important to healing, as well as re-education (along with the medicine and other therapies) that gave me the gift of understanding and guidance from the best of the best in how to manage my CRPS as I heal. I simply could not say enough good things about the treatment, protocol, clinic, and PEOPLE! Special shout outs to those who made a lasting impact from MTI and the clinic: Lorena (the most caring, sweet, attentive patient manager who ensured everything was smooth and made dreams come true!), Martza (the nurse who is a real life angel who I consider the catalyst of belief and trust in the treatments), Diego (brought endless smiles, laughs, comfortability, relatability, and good vibes), Petar (the coolest guy who captures special moments and makes life easier for everyone), Sandra (an absolute 10/10 human being and the reason I made it to Italy, aka the reason I am going into remission essentially!), Luigi (an incredible physiotherapist who had the most knowledge of how to best and most comfortability connect with my body to heal), and the Hotel Veronsi staff (incredibly empathetic and understanding people who communicate with MTI to ensure patients are comfortable and taken care of). In conclusion, you get what you pay for and beyond. The high probability of relief or remission is clearly the most incredible part; however, MTI made healing possible with the hope, belief, care, and trust instilled and shown. I would recommend this program to ANYONE who is suffering and feel passionate about advocacy for this life-saving treatment. Thank you MTI!!!!

Life Changing is about the best way to describe the whole experience with MTI. Having been told (as many of us know and understand too well) “it’s all in your head” too many times, I did my own research. I guess when you are personally ally experiencing something, you become a bit of an expert, but no one seemed to be able to help.
MTI more than helps - they become part of the family. They are all incredibly warm, friendly, welcoming, sympathetic and so knowledgeable. There is nothing at all left to worry about as they really do take care of you. From first contact, nothing is too much trouble and they understand.
Even once you have left, you are still cared for and checked on! They don’t just treat you then leave you to your own devices.
I don’t think I can actually find the words to explain the entire experience: other than Life Changing. If you have any opportunity, and are suffering but can somehow get there - do it!!
I will be forever grateful and thankful to the entire team.
