CR Smith - Windows, Doors & Repairs Reviews

perfect very professional from beginning to completion thank you

First of all we want to thank CR SMITH for all the help they gave us in chosing our windows and doors service, quality,
was exellent. The team that came Michael , Liam and Kerr, were so pleasant and helpful and firstclass tradesmen with great patience and answering any questions we asked so a big thankyou to all of them J , M &B Casey .

Very quick professional and was helped every step of the way

Happy with the windows and doors, the fitters did very well fitting them. Think what I paid to the builders to fit the concrete window sills was well overpriced. The builders didn't have to do very much it was all quite straight forward removing the old window seals and replacing them. The bulders also did an excellent job.
The job is not finished yet as the plasterer did not come on the 30th Sep as arranged and has been rearranged to Tuesday afternoon the 13th of October after 12pm

Excellent service from start to finish. Window fitters arrived on time and completed work as scheduled. Couldn’t fault their hard work to install new windows then tidied up everything when complete. Exterior and interior work completed as stated by plasterer. Great work by team. Would recommend.

I am so happy with my new window and Gary and Kia were the best. From the time they started the job they didn't stop until they were finished and what a job they done. Excellent work even cleaned up after them. Gary is an excellent carpenter what a great job and Kia was excellent too. I would highly recommend CR Smith to my family and friends. What a big difference to the house it's much warmer. The window is absolutely beautiful. I am over the moon with it very happy indeed I'm so glad I went with CR Smith. Thank you CR Smith. And a big thank you to Gary and Kia for doing and excellent job and beautiful work. THANK YOU. 😀

Very pleased with the finished job.
The panoramic window was replaced with minimum disruption by Thomas,Dane and a third colleague who were very competent and friendly.

Great bunch I had Alan and stevie working in my house they were very polite and helpful and worked so hard the gaffer came all couldn’t of bn nicer great experience would highly recommend done a excellent job of my windows and front door great 😊

I have just had two new bedroom windows installed by Cr Smith. The old ones were very draughty and as we live near a major route, you could also hear a lot of traffic noise, especially at night.
I am pleased to say that the new windows have fixed both these issues and also look great.
The installers/joiners took great care fitting the windows, particularly as this is an older property where everything is not always level. They were very hard working, tidy and kept me informed throughout the installation. A great job!

Derek arrived on time was friendly and informative did an excellent job and cleaned up after the job was completed.

Last part of the never ending saga.
Received a phone call, offering as a gesture of goodwill, an cheque to get a Nice meal.(their words)…
This was a few weeks go and still no sign of this gesture.
Why promise things, then do not deliver, this appears to be the culture of this company.
Full of promises that are never realised.

Hopefully this will be the end of this ordeal, all the stress caused by getting CR Smith fitting our windows.
Pay your hard earned money to this Company take you chance.
I’m sure they will promise you that what happened to us won’t happen again.
The question being, will you take the risk ?.

Very experienced and friendly.

Had CR Smith replacing all our windows and new French doors over 2 days. The team were very friendly and did an amazing job, and cleaned up after the work so you wouldn't know the job had been done, no mess left over. Would highly recommend CR Smith after this, and the Customer Service team were also a joy to deal with over the phone.

Once again a faultless experience with service provided by CR Smith glazing. This our second project done by them, their staff are always punctual and extremely polite and courteous. Everything is completely spotless both inside and outsideafter they have finished their work for the day.
You can be assured the service you have received will always be more than you would receive from any of their competitors .

The two joiners were excellent and did a fantastic job, nothing was any bother and they left everything clean and tidy. The windows look great and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Repair was done quick and efficiently. Engineer friendly and did a great job.

Just had my front door fitted by Raymond and Robert. What a grand job they done. Lovely guys who were very polite and tidied up after . First class
