Our 5th cruise all with different cruise companies. MSC is not just the worst but we will never cruise again. From outlandish extra costs to terrible food. Several people ordered the fila mignon and it was so over cooked it was difficult to cut. The buffet was absolute garbage. No more. So glad to be off the ship.
Every thing was perfect!!!
It's not good for initial 3 days due to strong winds and feel sick. Also, could'nt eat dinner for initial 3 nights. After that it was good but their food quality was not comparable to Celebrity and Nowegian. But one thing is good they dont waste the food

One of the worst experiences of cruising. I had visa issue but there was no one to help from cruise direct or guide me. I have gone in NCL 2 times and it was pleasant experience in NCL. I am never going to use Cruisedirect or MSC in future
