I cannot fault this company. We have had to move our cruise, which they handled seamlessly, and subsequently had to cancel the cruise and the parking, and the communications were answered immediately. Thank you for a really good service.

After discovering the day before our cruise that we had correctly booked our complimentary parking, you can imagine the panic! With zero expectations, I rang CPS and spoke with the lovely Sonya who went above and beyond to help us. I also want to thank the Parking Manager also who has helped us first time cruisers avert disaster and ensure the trip doesn't begin with additional cost, anxiety and frustration!

in on arrival at Portsmouth cruise terminal - met by pleasant staff - clear instructions where to go to unload and leave car . On return from cruise easy pick up of car keys and found car parked outside terminal in parking area

First time user of CPS and first time…
First time user of CPS and first time for a cruise based at Portsmouth. Very good experience from beginning to end. Clear directions beforehand and from the moment we approached the terminal itself we were welcomed by friendly staff making easy the process of unloading the car and handing it over for parking. A porter quickly transferred our luggage to the reception area of the terminal. On our return we found the CPS reception desk in the terminal who explained where our car was and handed over the keys. No holdups or problems exiting Portsmouth docks. Very well done CPS. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

They where working in there call centre..
I Have never experienced such Helpfulless from any call centre... They went out of there way to help in every way... I Cannot fault them, but only Applaud them...

Smooth Experience
This was the first time that we have embarked at Southampton and we were anxious. Our fears were unfounded as we enjoyed a smooth and professional experience. Upon disembarkation we were on our way in less than 10 minutes.

Pity the satnav sent us wrong trying to get on motorway! Will definitely use again!

Very helpful staff who get you to and from the ship.
Very helpful staff who get you to and from the car park to the terminal and back. It is cost reasonable and efficient. The area they use as a car park is safe and monitored but is small and requires close navigation. You need to factor in the time from Pagett Street to the terminal. They can advise as the traffic in that part of Southampton can be quite busy. A very good alternative if the closer to the embarkation parking spots are fully booked.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer friendly, easy to use service. This company went out of their way to take care of our vehicle that had a security issue that Land Rover Jaguar were unable to fix before our cruise. From the moment we arrived at the cruise terminal CPS staff identified our vehicle while we were in the queue awaiting check in and every CPS member of staff we came into contact with was aware of our vehicle issue, clearly the instruction regarding our vehicle had been communicated to the team very well. We were informed of how CPS would look after and protect our car whilst it was in their care. This immediately put us at ease. We have used CPS many times as we find their customer friendly, efficient service very convenient and easy to use. We have used CPS as part of a cruise package and also as private a customer when the cruise operator had no parking places left. We would not hesitate to recommend CPS to anyone, the team have exceeded our expectations delivering excellent customer service. Thank you to each and every one of you, you really put us at ease to ensure we enjoyed our cruise.

Works well ..staff lovely very welcoming look after your car. it’s so easy to park at either Southampton or Portsmouth (used both) might be bit more expensive than other car parks but for me with it being right at the terminal it’s a plus they take your car and luggage giving you time to relax after a long drive

Excellent service at Mayflower cruise terminal southampton from arriving at the terminal getting car booked in to receiving our car back. Easy to get from ship to cps car park staff very polite at checking in car to picking vehicle up have used CPS on several occasions and can highly recommend them
Booked my parking yesterday
Booked my parking yesterday, I hadn’t realised it needed to be booked in advance. Sandy was very helpful and was able to book my parking without any issues. Very thankful customer, quick and efficient. Great customer service
Aggressive and abusive staff
On arrival (Mayflower terminal, Southampton) the scene was chaos- cars everywhere, no staff and one security guard sending me into a lane that once down, I was told I was in the incorrect lane.
Furthermore the security officer was not displaying an SIA badge.
I was then ushered through another lane through some cones to where I should have been where I was approached by an aggressive car park attendant who shouted at me to move or he won’t let me on board (!).
I informed him I was there as his staff told me to be there due to them sending me down the wrong lane but he berated me in front of my family and again threatened to have me removed from the cruise.
I drove off and joined the queue further back than I was before and took a further hour to drop my car off.
Having sent an email I have now been informed that all staff are sub contracted and none work for CPS !
Beware leaving your car here - they subby all work and take no responsibility.

We have used the service at Dover on several occasions now & it is 1st rate.
Booking is extremely easy - either online or phone.
Directions for drop off are very clear & precise.
And the staff at the port are very efficient.
