They scammed me out of $443 for prepaid…

They scammed me out of $443 for prepaid gratuities, and the upgrade to ocean view and Royal Caribbean will not do anything about it. They told me I needed to take care of it. I called Royal Caribbean's Reservation line and was connected to this fraudulent company, I NEVER started a booking with them. I've called every week for over 2 months, speaking with Hector and Nathan Collins, and they also give me the runaround, saying they are going to fix it and they'll call back in 24 hours. They never do. Please, please do not book with them

Y’all are not a trusted company! Yall scammed me for $259 but carnival is looking into it for me. You made me believe I could trust you but actually you were scamming me. Carnival covered it all and yall made $259.00 Hope you sleep at night
