Crumb are so helpful, when my dog Sonny lost his tag it was so easy to get a new one, no fuss, just requested it and it was sent straight out.
Nice to know Callie and Roxie will be found and me notified quickly
I have Crumb tag for my dog Pickle for about a year now and I can only say good things about it. Ordered for free without any problems and we stick to free service for some time but after couple months I’ve opted for paid one. The service futures are great and the more ppl who could be a part of this the better to protect our furry friends. We just recently lost out tag and Crumb team replaced the tag fast and without any problems. I’m not entirely sure such why we lost it is it the tag itself broke off or the little ring opened a bit and the tad slipped off nevertheless it’s been replaced without any issues.
So far the process has been very streamlined and easy
You don't even deserve 1 star. Your ad is very misleading. Nothing was said about the $11 a month charge. This is a scam.

I feel like I’ve been totally tricked into a £9 a month subscription. Went through the activation process thinking I could do this for free, and safe in the knowledge that no payment could be taken unless I entered my payment details or used Apple Pay.
But no… the payment details used to pay the postage for the tag have now been used to charge a £9 monthly subscription.
Cancellation is not straight forward. I’m so upset that I’ve been tricked into this. This is a good product which is not being sold transparently
Crumb…. I want to cancel this subscription I was tricked into and want my money back. Please contact me

When I got on this site I simply wanted to read about it and check it out before I knew it they were taking money out of my bank account I got on here and I unsubscribed and two days ago they took another bunch of money out my account I feel like they're scammers I get on the site to end my subscription that I never wanted my dog is a lap dog doesn't go outside to get lost I don't need this I want you to stop taking money from me I'm on a fixed income I'm over 70 years old you need to return to me my funds I feel like your company is a scam
I also saw the advertisement for a so called free tag. Very misleading advertisement. Yes it was a free tag but it doesn’t end there. Whilst waiting for the tag to arrive I had frequent emails to register before it arrived. I smelt a rat. So further investigation seeing the additional charge. My pet is already registered with the KC which I’m about to walk away from. Have you seen what there current CEO is paid, it’s disgusting for a charity to pay out this amount from donations which I cancelled. I contacted Crumb saying I would not be registering. I cannot believe they can get away with this. Avoid Crumb.

Be careful with hidden charges after activated your tag, without hesitation this crumb will took your money in your bank account without bringing you to approve the payments.
It started when this crumb shown on my instagram via ads, its said help people reunited our pets when lost, free tag but just paid for the postage because we already help people with a tag. In this way, when you paid for the postage fees using your sort code and account details, they will automatically save your card and link it to your apps crumb later. Without notification, after you activated your tag in crumb apps, they will pop up premium benefits £12 on your crumb apps and I did ignored it and clicked X it means I don’t want it, just want for free benefits. Even tho, I just realised my transaction after a few hours because I want to check my bank balances and I saw £12 charges on me. That means, even I didn’t clicked for premium benefits they will still took(steal) your money.
THATS HOW THEY MAKE THE MONEY AFTER THEIR HARDWORKING MAKE TAG FOR US AND SAID WE HELPING PEOPLE TO REUNITE THEIR PETS.

No pricing until the end of setup (where you are forced to watch animations until their conclusion), The tag came with our Kennel Club membership, and I thought it was free (as there was no mention of cost), even on the 3-month trial; the full cost is hidden away on the page. I ended the setup process when payment was requested, and yet they have still set up an account stating that my phone details will be visible until I pay! (illegal, I am sure - against data protection rights) There is no quick, easy way to close the account. I wonder about the legality of not showing upfront costs and sharing my details without my permission. The very fact that the cost is hidden shows that Crumb is both too expensive and dishonest, and as the Kennel Club has associated with them means I will not be taking our dog insurance with them and will let them know it.
Great step by step set up instructions

It has been so
easy. In the nicest possible way I hope I never have to use it but it is piece of mind

I saw this on Facebook, thought it was a good idea so ordered tag for my new puppy, paying £3 for P&P. When it came through the post I followed the instructions, however, I was shocked to find my iPhone notification pop up i had been charged £9. Not once had I pressed on a “pay now” or “sign up now” link. They clearly store your card details when you order the tag and charge you as soon as you fill in the online form. I find this kind of thing very shady. I may have signed up if they had made it more obvious what the monthly costs would be, etc, giving potential customers the option to sign up or not. I immediately cancelled but I’m still £9 out of pocket. A good idea but the company are lacking in transparency with tag being a subscription service with monthly fees. I certainly wouldn’t recommend.

BEWARE! You set up the QR code and have no choice on subscription.
Taking £9 straight away at a click of button! You can use the free basic subscription but at first you will have to pay the £9. Absolutely disgusting
I am not one to be scammed or coerced into paying. You have no choice. I emailed the company but they don't seem bothered. They just told me how to cancel my subscription. MAKE SURE YOU DO BEFORE THEY TAKE THE NEXT £9.
I have read some 1* reviews and all of them say the same.
Reading some other reviews, you have refunded the subscription. How did I not get a refund!
Absolute disgrace. They deliberately hide a £9 a month subscription 'opt in' during the endless and banal 'what colour is your dog' type questions when you set up the 'free' tag. Yes, I should have spotted it, but it is so well hidden and designed into the sign up process that it is really easy to miss it - and of course they already had your card details as you had to pay for the delivery of the 'free' tag. It is designed to mislead and fool you into paying the subscription. Expensive lesson learned. Complete scam and tag sent back. I want nothing to do with them.
After our dog accidentally broke his own crumb we requested a new one and received a personalised letter from Tom with an extra strong keyring for free !! It’s been brilliant and we’ve even been able to help neighbours locate their missing dogs from the smart notifications! Best thing I’ve ever bought for our pets !
