Crumbz Rubber 

Orderd 6 doughnuts a milkshake and a Fondue box arrived and the fondue box witch is described as a small pizza box with pancakes fruit etc it arrived in a chip box with no pancakes so we rang up to be told they will add them to the next order we didn't want them adding to the next order seen as though we had paid 9.99 for the Fondue box alone and there wasn't even a fivers worth there they finally agreed to send out another and send the original back with the driver that then took 50 minutes to arrive it was all flat cold the bananas were black/ old strawberry's were not fully ripe straight from the packet still on the stem not even been washed! The brownies were really cold and chewy massive disappointment

Communication was terrible! Product turned up weeks late!! I kept phoning and emailing the company and all I got was the answer phone I left numerous messages and got no return call. Then the product just turned up weeks later than they said it would, I had no knowledgement of the delivery and have heard nothing from them since regarding my emails or answer phone messages! Customer service is the worst I have ever received.

The product is good, as described and so far seems perfect. The colour however is very different to the one on the website and although the website warns of the colours varying I expected it to at least be a decent shade of green. Mine is only a shade off of black.
Delivery communication was dyer however. The product turned up on the 12th day me having been told it would be there the day before meant that nobody was in to take it. Thankfully the delivery driver was fab.

I ordered some rubber chips almost two weeks ago, spoke to a lady twice to find it when I should expect delIvery, twice I was told they will get back to me, and I heard nothing. Since then, which is over a week now, I cannot get through to anyone on the telephone and feel I’ve been ripped off by some cowboys who and taking my money and running, have already taken this up with my credit card company but need to wait till a certain time period passes until I can claim money back and then I can order some rubber chips from somewhere reputable.

After 6 months, finally received my order. Machine broke down that chips the rubber for over 4 months. The communication was non existent and I had to keep chasing. I was not sure I would ever receive. When I did have delivery it was the incorrect colour, this was collected and delivered correct colour after two weeks.
Communication needs to be much better.

Great service , I got my order mixed up, they were quick to put things right even though it was my mistake.
I have a lovely blue and white garden, was thinking that I should order some more as a top up in spring.
Very happy.

Simply awful customer service. I placed my order and it said I'd get it in three working days. A whole week later - nothing... so we emailed and emailed and emailed no response. We tried to call and our call went to a call centre - nobody ever called back. We thought we had been a victim of fraud so called our credit card company to stop the payment. We then got a nasty email from crumbz saying they were going to call the police!!?! Their excuse for not responding was that they were busy and had other businesses to attend to. What a bunch of jokers! If I could give minus a million I would!
