Good Service at a Reasonable Price

My Acer laptop keyboard developed a fault a month out of warranty. I contacted Acer and they wanted around £40 just to assess the problem so I decided to replace the keyboard myself.

After a bit of searching, I came across this web site. It appeared to be the only seller of the keyboard that I required and it was also reasonably priced (just £26 including shipping), so I placed my order. The seller then contacted me as the item was out of stock and informed me that it would be shipped the following Monday.

True to his word, the item was shipped and full tracking was provided. Delivery took around 12 days but I wasn't in too much of a hurry.

Communications with the seller was polite and friendly, and I would definitely recommend.
