bag not delivered , paid £9 want a total refund

I bought a £120 rolltop back pack from Crumpler UK but the stitching on the bottle holder failed. Following the instructions on their website I emailed multiple addresses with request for a repair/replacement as they advertise a 5 year warranty. I've been resending emails and filling in their website contact form for 6 months and still had no reply. They have no UK phone number. Avoid if you want a usable warranty!

Fake brand beware - this is a copy and of Australian crumpled - of you look at terms it's registered name is Bagmania GMBH

I bought a bag, the zipper broke, I followed their 5 year warranty process and never heard back. I then sent emails to every email I could find and didn't receive a single response. This is a fraud scam website - I've reported to the EU as they operate from Germany.

Paid 179GBP for a Messenger bag. 11 days no notification of dispatch. Radio silence. Currently working with cc company for a chargeback.

DO NOT USE UK/GERMAN SITE.

NB I live in Melbourne (where Crumpler was originally made??) and have owned a number of Crumpler bags all of exceptional utility and quality.

Absolutely zero communication from Crumpler at any stage.

Bought the 14" messenger bag, didn't turn up for weeks and no word from crumpler at all. Eventually arrived but it's a little small to carry everything I need so I wanted to swap it for the 16" bag - totally unable to get hold of them via their website contact us form or their email address. The returns address doesn't work at all - bounces back straight away. They aren't answering messages to their Instagram either.

Don't bother - seems like they can't be bothered to communicate with customers.

These are great bags that I have used for years, unfortunately the product is let down by truly awful customer service.

They take your order and money no problem, but then absolute radio silence, I tried the 'contact us', emails and even a phone call, all attempts were ignored.

No bag and out of pocket, leaving me to resort to getting a chargeback through my credit card.

ADDENDUM - After placing a dispute with my credit card the bag turned up, no notification or anything, it just arrived out of the blue, looking at various items of paperwork it would appear that it was not dispatched until over a week after the order had been placed, and not next day as stated on the web page.

It would not have hurt for them to advise me of this, or respond to the messages I was sending.

I think they might have gone bust or at least barely functioning

No replies to voicemail, email , instagram or facebook

Have organised a charge back from the bank

I am not sure why their website is still turned on; it appears almost fraudulent

DOI: have brought several crumpler bags in the past when they were a top notch company

Don’t bother ordering from the UK, have done two orders and both have been cancelled by crumpler with no reason give despite several tries to contact them…zero customer service….awful experience.

Terrible customer service
I bought an item via the website. It arrived after going though EU customs which is fair enough. I opened it. It was not to my requirements. I immediately repacked and went through Crumplers convoluted return process. I received, opened then returned the item all on the one day. Zero reply from any form of Crumpler contact. A month has passed still no refund. I intended to buy a more expensive item, the mantra pro business with an additional payment for a shoulder strap. Due to the terrible customer support I have decided no too. Great bags terrible service. Ps I have been using Crumpler bags for 25 years. Alan

Creator's Road Mentor Backpack

I really think that a chest strap should be default equipment on any serious backpack, and the Creator's Road Mentor Backpack, for some reason, requires a separate putchase. Crumpler agreed to attach one for me at the time of purchase, though, which I truly appreciate. I love this backpack! The best-suited-to-my-needs camera backpack that I've ever owned and excellent customer service!

I was searching for a laptop case when I saw this Crumpler BaseLayer neoprene case. Having used Crumpler camera bags in the past I knew how good the quality was. And I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve a 16” MacBook Pro and the case fits perfectly. The neoprene is soft and a good thickness. It looks quality, feels quality and I know I can rest assured that my MBP is protected.

I ordered a Lamington Laptop Sleeve, in Carbon Black, for a 13" Macbook Air. The sleeve fits snugly and, despite feeling quite thin, seems to protect the laptop very well. I've carried the laptop around in a bag which has no padding in this sleeve, and it's survived fine. It's now 3 months later and I'm still very happy with this laptop case.

Despite having been very loyal over the years and loving the products because they are absolute quality and they last, the customer service from Germany has been nothing short of poor, and it’s not for want to trying to get it resolved.

They were quick to tell me when the bag I wanted was back in stock and obviously quick to take my money for it, which was replacing an earlier order for one which turned out to be too small.

However, now nearly 3 months on from it arriving back in Germany (after weeks, if not months, of trying to get them to help me with the return), it’s STILL showing as waiting to be collected from Parcelforce, and I’ve still not had my refund

Sadly, I won’t be able to trust buying from Crumpler again. Genuinely saddened by this because the bags are top notch and worth the money.

I note that they are a reseller rather than actual Crumpler global.

Great bag again from Crumpler

I loved my old discontinued Cumpler bag but the zip broke and it couldn't be repaired. I asked the Cumpler team if they had anything similar, and Simone K only went and spoke to the production team to have a special one off, of my old bag made for me. I really couldn't be happier, thank you so much Crumpler for going that extra mile!!!

No issue with delivery as this was very prompt and good comms.
However, I have had no acknowledgement of my return despite contacting Crumpler 3 times. As such I may need to take this to trading standards if I don't hear very soon!
