I had a Crush-ing experience
I feel that their price model and fee schedule is downright predatory.
I had to pay a sign-up fee.
I had to pay a monthly fee.
I had to pay an annual fee.
I had to pay a cancellation fee.
Oh, and when I was cancelling my membership, I had to pay the monthly fee again, for the next month, because why not?
In addition, they did not allow me to cancel my membership via email. They also did not allow me to cancel my membership over the phone. I had to go back into the gym, in person, to cancel it.
Do not expect any grace from this business, Crush Fitness, for it is not in their policy, which they will remind you of often.
