Fraudsters !!! Worst experience ever!!
Yesterday i bought a jacket on cruyff.com And paid for it.
Today they send me email saying the price of jacket was too low , so I can forget about paid jacket, and they will provide me my money back. That was suposed to be a Christmas present , and CRUYFF has ruined everything for me. Fraudsters!

First….no doub Cruyff merchandise is out of this world. Got some items for my kid for Christmas and we got it super fast.
My complaint is…we got n Email by dhl saying we must pay them duty import tax of $145 or they will not deliver the package. We paid. But if cruyff post this import tax added to my purchase we have gone somewhere else. Please let your customers here in the USA and other countries if they have to pay duty/import tax. Be transparent please

Trump tariff doubles the cost of my order
The price and shipping cost were very high. Quartz FZ Hood. 100 Euros including tax and shipping to US. I knew that when I bought the item. But then another $82US in Trump tariffs when it arrived in US. That's a total of about $200US! The Cruyff website needs to be transparent about these costs!

I think Croif is one of the best brands. The products are very high quality for a reasonable price. I definitely prefer ordering from you over other companies.
The only issue is that you use only DPD for shipping, and they are connected with Croatian Post, so every time my packages arrive in Zagreb, I have to pick them up myself at the post office. I believe orders of €600 and above should be delivered to the home address and not require me to pick them up personally.
