This daily discomfort inspired him to start his own sophisticated sports brand in Barcelona, 1979. He wanted to eliminate frumpy sportswear for good. yesterday i received my item and the size was big, i sent 3 letters to their mail regarding the return as the courier wanted additional information about the recipient's phone number, i wanted to clarify this but no one has answered me for the second day. Very bad communication

I'm very disappointed

I'm very disappointed, the sneakers are a size too big, I bought them and now I can't wear them, they look beautiful, but the quality is poor. I'm very disappointed because I didn't buy them to fit in my closet.

So,so rate quality-price

Every time more dissapointment.Materials are lack in compare to prices.Footwear is ok but shirts and tracksuits are very bad quality....customer care is not care.I try my tracksuit wash for a two months because bad smell and when i contact them,it was a too late.It is not professional.Only professional are prices.

Sorry for this review but i contacted your customer service with pictures and explaining that my tracksuit stinks after two months of use.All my room is stinky from it.Material inside is something strange.Your service says that time for complaint is over.I am your long term buyer and i am dissapointed by that short answer.My review is only a voice to improve your quality and back on right way.Quality of apparel is not equal with high price,sorry.Design is but quality is much lower!

Thank u for the shoes

Thank u for the shoes. They are good looking and walk verry nice. I like the soft footbed inside. But in the future i will search for a darker pair. Because if you walk one day the shoes are black on the outside where the should be white ;) it took about one week to arrive but the where packed with care so that is for me more important. Thank u i love them.

Not really happy at the moment

Not really happy at the moment. My parcel is on hold at DHL Shipment Customs Clearance in Cape Town, South Africa. They want me to pay and additional 2K before they can send parcel to me. This wasn’t specified when making the purchase as I thought the shipment amount covered everything else. I only have 14 to pay the extra amount or else forfeit my parcel. I think it’s best the parcel gets sent back and I get reimbursed

Poor contact facilities

I wanted to return some items, but the return label I received turned out not to be valid at all. I then contacted them via email, the contact form on the website, Facebook and Instagram and finally I received a reply via Instagram after a few days. Unfortunately, the reply did not help me and in the meantime, I have heard nothing again for a few days. To my surprise, I read here on Trustpilot that several customers have experienced exactly the same problem with the return label. However, I refuse to provide a return label myself as it costs more than a return label from the sender. Sorry guys, so herewith another desperate attempt via here. Hopefully I will be heard.

Dodgy return procedure

I returned the purchased shoes with the enclosed return label.
When I offered the package to the shipping point, the return label did not work.
As a result, I had to pay the shipping costs myself to return the package.
I sent an email asking if I could get these costs back, waiting for answer..

Got a quick response from Cruyff and is being processed. Great that there is a quick response!
