Amazing company to deal with- so very conscientious. And the dress is fantastic- a staple for gigs- comfy and practical. If I had to niggle, it sometimes slips a little low at the front, but that’s fixable!!

I ordered a few dresses from CRVY and I’m honestly so impressed. They have built-in shapewear that smoothes everything out and really makes my waist look smaller without feeling tight or uncomfortable. I also have a couple of their bodysuits and I love how they fit. Everything feels soft, comfy, and makes me feel confident when I wear it. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for flattering pieces that actually feel good on the body!

I made an order back in April, and although I had feedback from them around delivery, once it arrived and my feedback was it didn't fit and I requested a refund, the response was clearly aimed at avoiding this, offering alternatives & partial repayment. When I said I simply wanted to return - as received in packaging with tags Customer Service stopped responding, yet I still received multiple emails asking for a review! I perservered for weeks, tracking lack of response on a review started here in May and now seemingly, that review has disappeared - along with my money!

The dress are very comfortable and good quality. i buy them in several colors and they are all nice. Plus the customer service is very good, thank you very much Joy ! will order again soon

Small sizes so size up but excellent service as I had to return

Great fast customer service. Dress was lovely but sizing is small so I returned. Didn't quite suit my body shape but its great material with good 'hold'

I'm really happy with the dress, it fits perfectly in all the right places. Customer service replied to my message quickly and offered to help out straight away.

The bodysuits are very soft and have a great fit. And their costumer service is really excellent. I ordered the wrong size (I would like them a bit tighter) and asked if I could change them for a size smaller. They immediately made a new order for the new size and I even could keep the other ones without any extra costs.

Very fast delivery but unfortunately I took a size too small. The dress was great, good material, I loved it so was så sade that it was to small. I thought the return would be difficult but I got a very quick response and an offer for a new dress in the right size. Of course I had to pay for the one that was too small so if you are unsure if you really want an item here, don't order, you won't get your money back but they make sure you get something else you are happy with. I will shop again now that I have a good insight into what their sizes are like and the dresses is perfekt!

Ordered 2 dresses, long maxi and short black thick straps, size medium. Im a size 10-12 the top part was too big on me and the length too short on both but i am 5'9. Contacted them to ask for refund, they offered partial refund and to keep the dresses so was quite happy. Good customer service from Joy

I ordered two sizes in the full length dress and although the inbuilt underwear was spot on, the fabric did not sit well on me - I will put that down to the fact that I am in between sizes. After contacting customer service with my concerns, Joy in particular was able to quickly bring my query to a satisfactory conclusion. Sometimes things don’t always go to plan or 100% satisfaction is not always there from the outset but good after sales, service recovery and customer service goes a long way to restoring trust. Love the body suits. They really fit nicely and I’m quite tall too. They’re so comfy and you can dress them up or down.
But the best part about this company is their customer service. It’s fantastic. Returning customer and recommending to all my friends too.

The customer service is like no other! The first two items ordered were not the right fit for me, but instead of having to return them, they allowed me to order another item and keep the two originals at no additional charge. Not only that, but the service was very polite, upbeat and efficient.
