I honestly should have read the reviews before signing up for crypterium. Worst crypto service that exists out there. First of all, cryptocurrency is supposed to be a decentralized way of spending money. Crypterium is the DEFINITION of centralized. No room for personal privacy at all! I deposited $1000 after successfully verifying my identity, to my surprise I was bombarded with documents to send since they found my activity "suspicious". Everytime I send them the documents they requested, they reply back requesting even more. This has been going back and forth and the issue as of today is STILL NOT RESOLVED. These theives lock your money as soon as you deposit and wont even allow to refund you the money you just paid!!! I asked them kindly if they could cancel the transaction and return my money so I can buy from another exchange and they refused. Stay away from this business at all costs.

They had told me that my Bitcoin is somewhere safe due to deposit problems I had gotten my friend to email them pretending to share the same problem and they told him that the btc deposits was operating well !!!!!!! International police is who I’m contacting next

EDIT: I wrote to you on multiple occasions, check ticket number 284998.They are not working on it, I will take legal actions against this company, there is no other way.

UPDATE: I have a proof Crypterium is holding my money. It was taken by their bitcoin adress almost a month ago! Outrageous! BE AWARE.

Overall, the site is not too bad. Customer service is decent/acceptable. KYC is difficult, but not the worst I've ever experienced.

HOWEVER...

MESSAGE FOR CRYPTERIUM "BRASS" : I am very angry and disappointed in Crypterium for one reason, but it's a deal-breaker... Your site has "ZERO" provisions for Chromebook users. ( FYI : Chromebooks are H-U-G-E-L-Y popular among crypto traders/investors because of their enhanced security features, and their unlikeliness of being hacked. ) Most of your features, and neither your wallet, nor your app is "Chromebook friendly". Crypterium is losing a major market due to this oversight, and idiot policy.

this is scam, when you use their app they steal your assets sending it to different blockchain addresses from time to time, support doing nothing they hide and never answer.
I have all evidences on file.

I am trying to increase my limit by uploading the licence but it was declined all the time. When i contacted support then i was told that i have to upload my passport to pass my kyc but after doing the same process again by my passport i was shocked to to read a message popped up saying that my request was declined and due to internal rules my account will be closed and the decision is final. What about the money I invested in the app. Support leave the chat by saying you will be contacted by email shortly to review the issue. So far no one contacted me yet

Why does Crypterium support ask for screenshots if it's a third party who does the KYC verification. It's a scam. They are never going to allow me to pass KYC and i will never withdraw my deposit is lost forever they will do it to you, their "support team" is proof they are a scam. Coinbase told me contact law enforcement and then told me contact crypterium support all in one coinbase support session what in the world is happening is coinbase teaming up with CRPT to scam us?

Before i will start sorry for my English.
I am using crypterium for 1 year, and I don’t know why, they started now to make some changes, not in the right way, but let’s start with my story!
I had some problems with the crypterium loading card, the error was “Access is denied” and this problem was solved for 10 days😂a company that provides such a service can’t solve such a bug in 1-2 days! Or there was a different problem, which
company hides. So for that error i should receive +15% APY to my wallet from my current balance that was on wallet when the problem was.
The company said that they will send it within 14 days, that everything is ok now, and all this stuff.
So, 14 days past, no compensation, and no answer from support group, i am sending messages them like for 3-4 days and i have no answer!
But here they have time to answer on good reviews😂! I can send screenshots!

They will then ask you to provide extensive proof of all your Crypto Transactions with Documents, Passports, Sources of Funds Evidence, Bank Statements and Trace Backs with full documentation.

They ask the absolute impossible and will infer you are carrying out FRAUD!! They will then BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT AND KEEP ALL YOUR CRYPTO until you provide the above. This is of course all "for your own protection".

This company WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT FOREVER AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR FUNDS BACK.

This is happening to many of its users!!

It is clear to the many users being affected by Crypterium's draconian and over zealous Security Dept that they have no to little evidence of any Fraud but will, on a whim, BLOCK accounts without question and then ask you to provide an absolute mountain of evidence to prove your innocence. They will demand you spend hours and hours of your precious time to satisfy their ridiculous suspicions. Their security measures are overreaching, inappropriate and are designed to make it impossible for you to provide the comprehensive evidence of their outrageous claims which makes it almost certain that your funds are lost forever with this company. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!! BE WARNED!!
