A scam company
I worked for this company for over two years and it went well. Things changed when they started firing workers without paying them. Artjom Bondar and Alex, the CEO, are scams, who have refused to pay us.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This organization has recently removed a large number of writers from their team while failing to pay them for the work they already completed. It feels like writers are being used for their labor and then discarded without proper compensation.
Communication from management has been extremely misleading. In particular, Artjon repeatedly provided promises and explanations that never materialised into actual payment.
Meanwhile, the CEO, Alex, has remained completely silent on the issue, ignoring multiple attempts from writers seeking answers. The leadership culture appears dismissive and unaccountable.
Writers are treated as disposable resources rather than professionals who deserve to be paid fairly for their work. Deadlines are expected to be met, content is delivered, yet payment is delayed indefinitely with vague excuses or no response at all.
If you are considering working with this company, I strongly advise caution. Do not begin work without clear payment terms or upfront compensation. If payment is delayed beyond a week and you are given repeated promises without action, it is probably best to stop working immediately.
Overall, this has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. No professional should have to chase a company simply to be paid for work they have already completed.
My experience with this company following termination was very disappointing.
The dismissal was abrupt and handled without basic professional courtesy. Afterward, agreed-upon payments were delayed, and promised documentation related to the termination was not provided within the stated timeframe.
Communication was inconsistent and vague, with repeated assurances but no clear timelines or follow-through. This created unnecessary financial and personal stress.
I would strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to ensure that all payment terms, notice periods, and exit procedures are clearly defined in writing before starting.
