Hello, a website scammed me via Cryptomus method.
I just sent messages to Cryptomus's bot on telegram. They told me "wait 24 hours and be 100% sure the seller scammed you then message again".
But If I wait 24 hours, the scammer will withdraw the money to another wallets and I never can get back my money. How is the support?! You help scammers?
You have to limit his account for hours and be sure about the problem that happened. You just gave 24 hours time to the scammer to withdraw.
After 24 hours you'll be sure he is scammer, so what about my money? The customers should be your first priority.
Hope Cryptomus's support will help me otherwise I will miss my trust to all people because really I just trusted to "Cryptomus" name in the scammer website.

1. Wonderful customer service. If your transaction was marked as suspicious ( AML), they will ignore you everywhere. I personally texted them on email, TG and on the website. They just asked to go through KYC and then stopped replying.
2. "Thorough investigation because of AML for 3-5 days". Investgation of what? You need to check where is crypto coming from , its an hour, max 2 or 3 . You are not VISA.
If someone from upper managment reading this review, please, go over negative reviews on trustpilot and do soething about it. Your company sucks.

Great Wallet
The Cryptomus wallet is overall a great product. It's easy to use, and the transaction speed is impressive. I appreciate the security features, but I feel that the user interface could be a bit more streamlined. That said, it supports a good variety of cryptocurrencies and has low fees, which is a major plus. With a few small tweaks, this could easily be a 5-star wallet for me.

ignoring for more than 2 weeks, useless scam.
did 3 payments over 2 weeks overall, with aim to top up my balance on different websites that use cryptomus as their crypto supporting system. 2 of my transactions were picked for AML for some reason. in emails cryptomus asked me to go through kys by sending them photos of me with documents which I did, and then they ignored me and my emails for 7 days, after which they said:" Unfortunately, as you informed us earlier, you did not want to undergo KYC verification. " These morons just sent copypaste and I did go through kyc verification. then they sent me a survey to complete and said to email them once its done. I did do it successfully but now they are ignoring me for 6 days so far. another transaction has been marked as AML and they dont do a sh*t about it. I dont understand why so many websites use them as crypto balancr helped because they are absolutely useless. no help in 2 weeks. SCAM SCAM SCAM

When you generate a wallet address to receive funds, you go to Personal > Receive, select the currency and select a network. This step is not optional - if you don't select a network, the system will not generate a wallet address.
For ETH, the list of available networks only includes Arbitrum One, BSC (BEP-20) and ETH (ERC-20). Our platform does not claim that wallets can receive funds from all networks - it's not technically possible, as each blockchain operates within its own infrastructure.
We understand that this can be inconvenient and we're sorry for any confusion. However, in this case, our support team is unable to assist as the transaction was sent through an unsupported network.

Seizes money without explanation
Horrible support team. Users froze my funds for Anti-Money laundering when i messaged them they required SOF (Source of funds). I provided them transaction IDs from my wallets showing that i swapped crypto currencies and i even showed where my previous crypto currency came from. I included in-depth details and transaction IDs linking all payments to where they came from and provided every detail about the wallets. They then asked to contact me via email which never happened. I asked them for an ETA and they backtracked me and asked me the same questions two more times. They then asked to contact me over email again. They are not looking to release my money, contact me via email, or even help me. They have frozen my money without any evidence of any form of "Money Laundering" just because i used a fresh ETH address that was funded by an exchange they think its suspicious. It's the first time I've ever used USDT and they froze it for being "Suspicious" I have been trying to buy a time sensitive product and they have kept my funds for 72hrs without any bit of help.
