They take your money, none of the numbers work
Loaded my account with €14, I wanted to rent a number for a month. I could purchase the number, I had no problem with that. However, once I've chosen the number, no SMS would arrive. I refunded that number and tried another, to no avail. I went through ALL their phone numbers, NONE OF THEM WORKED.
This used to be a great service but now they just take your money and don't let you use their service. Worth noting that I also couldn't get a refund on my €14 because the purchase was done using cryptocurrencies.
NOT RECOMMENDED.

Avoid this scam company at all costs
The phone number they provided could not receive & send any SMSs. Tried to submit a ticket without any response. After a week, I created another ticket telling them that I have waited for their response for 2 weeks, and if my problem remains unresolved, I will leave 1 star on Trustpilot. Same result. Avoid this scam company at all costs.

Doesn't work. 8 days of opening up support tickets and they still haven't fixed it. Their support email doesn't work. Keeps rejecting. They asked for my UUID via email which I provided via chat. But the rreturn email address doesn't work. 0 stars.

Didn't work at first but got taken care of
It's a really unique service, so it's worth renting. Only UK numbers at the moment. Didn't work at first and customer service took a while but i finally got a working sim :) The UI could use some tweaking and be smoother but like i said, it all works and is pretty snappy.
Also be aware that they will charge you 0.05 Euro for each text message, and 0.05 for every additional 160 characters in the message
