Cryptool.io is a non-custodial platform for the crypto investment lifecycle. It brings portfolio tracking, capital raising, OTC trading, fund administration and investor relations into one workspace, for individual investors and institutions alike. Portfolio management: connect any number of wallets, from any provider, on any chain, and see every holding in one account. Balances and positions update automatically once a wallet is connected. Users keep custody of their own assets at all times. For investment groups: syndicate and venture capital management with per-member allocations, deal flow and stage tracking, an investor CRM for commitments and communications, and an investor portal where participants see their own positions. Fund administration covers the books, allocations and investor positions, with reporting for LPs and syndicate members. For raises: run a raise end to end, from commitment through allocation, with token vesting schedules, token distribution, identity checks, document management, and a shared calendar for raise dates, vesting cliffs and portfolio events. For trading: an OTC marketplace for negotiating and settling over the counter trades. White-label deployment is available for organizations that want to run Cryptool under their own brand. Plans are Free, Premium and Premium+ for individuals, and Business and Enterprise for institutions. Cryptool has more than 15,000 registered users. On-chain modules run on EVM-compatible chains and MultiversX, with more coming. Cryptool was founded in 2023 and the team is based in the Netherlands.
