Stay away!!!

Stay away!!!! They have had issued with their card processor for almost 2 years and as a result, they have been keeping my funds in my crypto card since the issue began. There's nothing that affected customers can do but just wait.

Trash company!

I opened an account two years ago, received a credit card and did not use it. I recently found out that they blocked it. They asked for additional documents. I gave them everything! Declaration of income, agreements on the sale of real estate with payment documents. They replied that they refuse to serve! This is trash, not a company! Good thing my money wasn't there!

Company full of liars

Company full of liars, have arb stuck in my account. Been promised the recovery tool now for 7 months.. apparently they can't just refund me the small amount I lost due to error. Even though I have but 10s of thousands of pounds through the platform and made they rich just off my fees alone. Stay away from these Russians.

We are really sorry how this situation turned out. Please understand that we really appreciate your loyalty to Cryptopay, and we are always willing to help our users. In this case the solution is out of our possibilities, as the networks or coins we can support depend upon our liquidity provider which is an external company, and we can't control what choices they make.

From our side we have been pressuring them and asking for ETA's on when the recovery tool will be implemented, but as you have experienced it is not a quick procedure.

We hope that eventually this recovery mechanism will be implemented, and we will be able to recover your ARB.

Absolute scammers!!!

Absolute scammers trying to play a decent startup.
More than a year ago, this service lost his license of service his bank cards, and therefore, I got money stuck in their non-working bank card account. For a whole year they were fed promises that they would sort out the problem. And now that they are starting with a new bank card program, they have blocked my access to my account under the reason of "additional verification". When I opened the account, they had no problems with my residence permit in Switzerland, but now they do not accept a residence permit for verification. I finally lost access to my funds. Don't even get close to these scammers.

I genuinely thought CP was a secure &…

I genuinely thought CP was a secure & above board entity but it seems like they are just like all the other scammers!
After trying to access my account I was directed to security check. That’s fair enough but then after approval I try to log in I’m declined & asked to go through more security checks. After several weeks of ping ping msg’s I’ve now been sent pages of re instatement questions to answer. What a con, 5 star delaying tactics - it’s obvious they do not want you to withdraw or access funds -BE WARNED!

I've been using Cryptopay to liquidate my Crypto for a while, and very rarely I faced any issues.
Had some problems, but the support team was super quick and solved them.

My experience with Cryptopay has been fabulous.
The verification took only a couple of minutes, depositing funds and converting them to Crypto was a very smooth process.
So far I have no complaints with the service, really exited for the new cards.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, they never reply or respond to you and give you dumb ass responses if they even do reply. Have to verify identification multiple times before you can do any withdrawals. Actually withdrawals don't even show up as pending or being reviewed. Seems like they may even block you at times, waste of time leaving messages because no one returns the message.

Won't let you withdraw

After buying some crypto previously I decided I want to withdraw my balance. I checked my account to see that they charge me a storage fee and they also asked me to re-verify my account because my previous verification expired.

I completed all steps including sending a selfie + photos of my Id + bank statements and I login to see that they declined my verification and blocked all future attempts at verification.

THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY!

Edit: This morning they verified my account and allowed me to withdraw, changing rating to 4 stars

Terrible service and unresponsive…

Terrible service and unresponsive support.
They charge you 0.0146682 ETH (~49 USD at the time of writing) per month just for holding assets if you do not use them. An ETH wallet is 42 bytes, 49 usd seems reasonable for storing this much data... I am unable to withdraw my funds because my account is unverified now even though I had all my information added. The support quality is bellow hell, they are unable to give you exact steps to verify an account. Been trying to verify my account for few weeks, they either don't like the document, the file format, photo quality, date, name... anything just to make the worst customer service... Don't recommend their service at all.

Highly recommended

I've found Cryptopay to be excellent. I brought in a small amount of BTC to test and got a virtual card.
I used support and they were fast, friendly and knowledgeable.
They charge less fees and at a lower rate than some/most of their competitors.
Overall my experience has been excellent and I recommend them.

Scammers. BE AWARE!

Biggest hoax of a company there is.

I applied for a business account and as a normal procedure they of course as for documents proving you are the business owner etc which is totally fine.

But it doesn’t stop there…they literally ask for the most stupid stuff just to make you dont want to join them.

After everything is sent to them and they have accepted all documents they come back with some bulls*** that “our companies turnover is too low, sorry bye”.

If thats the case they should have known that from the first documents they asked for or just literally asked about the turnover before asking about all the documents.

Besides that their debit cards dont worj no more so their whole service is useless for both private and the business account.

Biggest piece of s*** there have ever been in the crypto area.

STAY AWAY!

EDIT:

Their reply below my review is also just bulls***. I have after this experience with you guys signed up for multiple different vendors, and none of them have complained about anything.

Cryptopay will take all your information, and in the end deny you on some made up excuse. Don’t listen or read to the answers they have posted. It’s all just a marketing scheme to get more information from people.

If you are hesitating to sign up with this company, listen to your gut feeling otherwise you will regret it one way or another.

When applying for company onboarding, we need to request relevant documents in order to assess how well your company fits our requirements. If the company is not suitable for cooperation with us, we are forced to reject the application. As for the personal account, yes, the cards aren't available in EU yet, but we are about to launch the new card programme, so really soon the situation will change.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience! The registration process is a waste of time. Not recommended to deal with. They will just keep asking you about documents after documents and you will never get registered, I feel they just are collecting personal data for other purposes

Unable to access my funds for weeks

I have been unable to access my funds for weeks as they have an issue with their app. When contacting their customer service their answer was "Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the update from our developers, and there's no ETA yet".

How can I trust them?

I hope I will be able to access the app again, once I do I will transfer all my funds and close the account.

Have been trying to submit KYC for 5/6…

Have been trying to submit KYC for 5/6 months now. Just want to get funds out and now again today can't log in!! All my passwords were only reset yesterday!
Was told I can't submit info due to a technical error.. all very worrying..

You get a message eventually back but just go round and round in circles!! Hopeless..

If you are deciding on a wallet with full service, I can only recommend it.
P.S. you don't have to worry about providing documents, they need it to verify your identity.
